Customer service was horrible. I went in to pick up a phone I ordered online. As I was talking to a…read morerep about my pick up, another rep by the name of Krystal came over rudely saying I was talking too loud and that I had an attitude which I didn't. I even asked the other rep if she felt I was being rude and she said no. Krystal continued to talk over me while she was with another customer. I told her she was the one being rude and I would report her. I feel she was very unprofessional and that is not how I prefer to do business where I pay money. After returning with my husband who card I used to purchase a phone I was told to call customer service to cancel my previous order and I was transferred 3 times and they were confused as to why I was unable to pick up my phone. I asked if I add my husband to my account would he then be able to pick up the phone and was told by Krystal that I still would not be able to pick up my phone. Moments later another rep Nathaniel came over and said he would allow pick up if I added my husband name to my account. He said he would be with me in a moment. While waiting I spoke with other customers in the store about my 2 hour problem that hadn't been resolved. We both shared stories about similar situations and they expressed how they didn't understand the issue. While talking with them Krystal walked past and stated to stop talking about her in the store. I remained quiet and continued talking with the other customers. She then yelled across the store while dealing with another customer to look her in the face and talk about her. I said to her that I didn't want to look at her. My daughter asked why is she yelling in front of customers. Nathaniel came out and said not to say anything else to her and to deal with him. I advised him that she started yelling at me first. He left to speak with her then came over to me and said I had to leave the store and I can no longer return to their store. When I inquired about my phone I had already purchased and needed to pick up he said I will not be able to pick up the phone even though I already paid for it. Nathaniel gave us a card for the manager and said we had to contact the manager but cannot come back to the store. I have wasted 2 hours at this store and Krystle was rude and unprofessional. I will no longer do business at this place and will close my account.
