Very grateful for these guys. I was scared to go visit them because of the 2 stars they had but they were able to set me up with a new phone and company due to my old carrier not being helpful. I was scared of not being able to get my information and pictures on my new phone. Thankfully they were able to transfer all of my information from my old phone to my new phone. The staff was amazing and welcoming. I wish they had a 252 wireless closer to me or they would definitely get a 5 star. read more

THANK YOU 252!!! I had to write this review, and this is a heart felt review. My aunt witch is 69 years old broke her phone she has service with Boost Mobile on Herring Ave. she went there on today and asked the guy in the store if he would be able to fix the crack in her phone. He told her the manufacture didn't make screens for her phone, and con her into buying another phone another line. He told her she couldn't get her same no. on her phone and now she had 2 phones and 2 no. So when I gotten off work she told me what happen, and was very upset she felt like she had been taken advantage of. So I took her back down to Herring Ave. to speak to the con artist in Boost Mobile. They did the same to me tried to give me the run around and told lies on top of lies. I left there and went to 252 Wireless. I spoke to the nicest gentlemen later to find out he was the owner Nagi. He apologize to me because the con artist at Boost Mobile on Herring Ave. tried to say the ppl. at 252 Wireless was his cousins (another lie). As I spoke to Nagi with his compassion and kidness I knew he wasn't related to these con-artist. I contact the DM of Boost Mobile and was directed to take my aunt back to the store to receive a full refund. In return we went back to 252 Wireless and Moe the other nice professional gentleman in 252 Wireless fixed her phone as well as a senior discount. Where did these MEN come from I grew up in Wilson and never knew these compassionate men. They have my business, and I will always reccomend his business to everyone. If I could give 252 Wireless a negative rating, I would. But Yelp is going to give it a minimum of a 1 when it doesn't deserve this. The screen on my wife's phone got smashed. It was still fully functional, I could open apps, play games, call and text, etc. The only issue with it was the screen was cracked terribly at the bottom and when swiping, piece of glass would come off, but it was FULLY OPERATIONAL. I called 252 wireless about getting it fixed, they quoted me and told me it would take an hour. Seeing good reviews, I left and took it to them around 5:30 PM. 1 hour passes, nothing. 2 hour passes, nothing. 2 and half hours after dropping it off, I get a phone call saying that he's got the new screen on, but he can't get it past the LG logo that he has to do a factory reset. All the texts, pictures, everything GONE. He tells me he'll call back in 15 minutes. At 9:00 (way past 15 minutes later), he calls and says that they are now closed and that he's going to have to hold it overnight and that the battery is dead. I get a phone call in the morning saying they couldn't fix it. When I arrive, the phone STILL has the shattered screen, it would NO LONGER CHARGE NOR TURN ON. I took in a fully functional phone, it just needed a new screen. The charger worked before, the phone was on when I handed it in. I get back, NO NEW SCREEN, IT NO LONGER CHARGES, AND IT NO LONGER FUNCTIONS. Nothing, no apology, no offer towards purchasing a phone I can use instead, nothing. I don't know how this piece of crap of a place gets good reviews. I know for a fact, that I will never, ever recommend this place. Don't go here to get your phone fixed, don't go here to purchase a phone, shoot don't even stop in the parking lot to throw out your trash. They are not worthy of any of it. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. First let me start by saying they are nice but I'm not sure they really know what they are doing. We bought a refurbished phone from them which was fine. Not even 3 whole days later the phones screen was turning black and fuzzy where you couldn't use it. So it was within the limit of the warranty so we took it up there. They said the internal screen was cracked and we had to pay. So then they said they would cal when fixed. Never heard from them had to call ourself. They replaced the screen with a cracked screen! Without asking first and still wanted to charge full price! Now the screen has slid off by itself! Yes I realize a refurbished phone is not perfect but still we should not be having a problem like this and haven't even had the phone a whole week! read more

The technicians have years of experience and the manager is one of the smartest, down-to-earth and lovable people I know. I remember once I was having a very bad day with personal problems at home and had an issue with my phone including a cracked screen and inadequate connection. As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed with smiles and a comfortable waiting area. The manager even came out and spoke with me and asked, "you look sad buddy, how is life?". After a great conversation, I was surprised that he not only ensured my phone was fixed as soon as possible but also generously offered a discount. This really touched my heart and speaks volumes to how compassionate the environment is at this business.
