He told us that he just came off a couple of days off and he would check with his manager to see if this "special" was still offered. I thought to myself this guy is going to come back with something like 'oh, that's no longer available' blah, blah, blah. Sure enough. He says "we can't offer the special in that model." But he can offer it on the laptop size iPhone 17. I felt like I was at a used car lot. He then went away again to check on something. This is when I told my wife that I'm leaving now and I'll be in the car. We left feeling so frustrated. He knew exactly how to fix the phone and said it would take an hour or so. He did say it would have be reset back to a new phone. No problem iPhones are easy enough to set up.
