Well, my bride had broken her screen protector a few months ago, and we had meant to stop in the Apple Store at the Derby Street Shops. We never made it. Trekking around Hyannis on a quiet Saturday, we came upon Best Fix and Repair. We walked in, and were immediately greeted and helped by the gentleman owner. Now, he had several screen protectors on hand, so a nice ample stock. He took her phone, removed the broken protector, cleaned the phone diligently, and put the new phone protector on. All for a whopping $15.00! At the Apple Store, which I love their products and services, the protector would be $50.00 or up. Less than five minutes! Huge cost savings! I left a generous tip, as he was quite nice, personable, and professional. The store was exceptionally clean, parking is on the street or in the public lot behind Main Street. Thank you! BEWARE!!! CON MAN ALERT!! He told me no charge unless he fixed & if fixed would b $500 or I cld just surrender it to him (I get nothing!) & he wld wipe it clean & resell. When I changed my mind, he refused to give it back. I HAD TO CALL THE COPS TO GET MY IPAD BACK!!!! threatened to charge me double to get my iPad back if I called the cops. Never left a review anywhere. I'm sure that many people have had good luck with this stores service. Store owner is very kind--service initially went well, had the back glass on my iPhone 16 pro repaired and a day later I have a chip in the back glass--didn't drop, case on back etc...called them, hoping they'd honor the service and just a complete disaster of a conversation, comparisons to getting your car fixed and then crashing etc... As someone who isn't trying to take advantage of hard working people, I was disappointed. Maybe the aftermarket back glass wasn't the best quality? Not sure. I wouldn't recommend the location unfortunately. $159 for the glass to chip with a case on, no dropping etc. The owner did offer a "discount" but ultimately I'd expect more after having it fixed no more than a day later it's chipped. That being said, just expect more for the price and for the owner to stand by the product and service. *Update* Clearly you can see how passive aggressive and childish the owner is. As with other reviews that did not got his way--I would like to let future customers know there are other options that I wish I looked more into. The Cape Cod Hyannis Mall has the Geek Squad who sell only OEM apple replacement parts and, get this...they have a warranty on their products because they're an Apple partner. Now, that being said it's a whopping $10 more than this "Best Fix" location. Anyway, my loss. I trusted what I thought would be a good service and got burnt. Learned my lesson, I hope this helps someone and if you don't like to get everything for free definitely don't see this guy. read more

They fixed my phone in less than five minutes. They charged me a very extremely reasonably priced deal and I could not be happier. They were pleasant and efficient as hell. If your phone is broken, go here. We had to drive in from Eastham which is 20 miles away, but it was worth it. read more

They are shallow indeed. They installed a screen for me and it worked apon returning to pick the phone up. However, in less than 30 days the screen was malfunctioning greatly on its way to failure. Upon returning to them they refused to do anything regarding refunding my money. Then one of them then pulled out a sign that said 30 day warranty. Was not told anything about that upfront whatsoever. Also the sign was not even in clear view at the time of my return. There is no way a company can install cheap products and have good reviews. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! The only reason they got my business is that my regular cell phone repair person happened to be on vacation. Mobile Device Medics. When your phone breaks when you are on vacation it could be a disaster. I went in to "Best Fix" thinking I would need a complicated repair and ended up with a simple and reasonably priced fix and a great new case. Service was pleasant and quick. I am so thankful for this business and the true miracle that they were able to perform on my broken phone. I attended the Taylor Swift Eras Tour at Gillette Stadium on a night that it was downpouring rain the entire evening. While in the middle of filming a video, my phone died. I was unable to turn it on again and none of the photos or videos that I had taken during this once in a lifetime event had uploaded to Google Photos. The only way to retrieve them was to be able to turn the phone on. When I got home, I left the phone in rice to dry it out. I called several repair shops and they told me that since I had a Motorola G Stylus phone, it was way too difficult to open and the chances were that the water damage was so severe, that there was no hope in retrieving my precious memories off the phone. Then, I reached out to Best Fix and Repair and the gentleman I spoke to was very kind over the phone and said that it was most likely just a broken screen and he would be happy to take a look at it and diagnose the problem for a very fair price. I took the phone there that afternoon and he was able to open it up and told me that it would be as good as new with a new LCD screen. I left the phone there for about a week and then, received a call with the amazing news that my phone was fixed and ready to be picked up. When I walked into the shop, he had my phone reassembled and turned on and the second I unlocked it, there were all of my photos and videos from the concert! The gentleman at this shop was able to completely fix my phone for a very reasonable price and I am SO thankful to him! Because of this shop, I now have my photos and videos from this amazing, once in a lifetime event. When other shops said this was an impossible fix, Best Fix and Repair was able to save the phone and my irreplaceable memories. Thank you! read more

I dropped my new phone a couple of days ago and just happned to stop in to see what they could do. My screen didn't have a scraeon it but It was black and could do anything with it. Anar the owner was extremely friendly and very pleasant. He knew just what to do and in about a half hour I walked out with my phone fixed. Reasonably priced, efficient and friendly.
