Well, my bride had broken her screen protector a few months ago, and we had meant to stop in the Apple Store at the Derby Street Shops. We never made it. Trekking around Hyannis on a quiet Saturday, we came upon Best Fix and Repair. We walked in, and were immediately greeted and helped by the gentleman owner. Now, he had several screen protectors on hand, so a nice ample stock. He took her phone, removed the broken protector, cleaned the phone diligently, and put the new phone protector on. All for a whopping $15.00! At the Apple Store, which I love their products and services, the protector would be $50.00 or up. Less than five minutes! Huge cost savings! I left a generous tip, as he was quite nice, personable, and professional. The store was exceptionally clean, parking is on the street or in the public lot behind Main Street. Thank you! I highly recommend Best Fix and Repair. No negatives whatsoever. read more

Never left a review anywhere. I'm sure that many people have had good luck with this stores service. Store owner is very kind--service initially went well, had the back glass on my iPhone 16 pro repaired and a day later I have a chip in the back glass--didn't drop, case on back etc...called them, hoping they'd honor the service and just a complete disaster of a conversation, comparisons to getting your car fixed and then crashing etc... As someone who isn't trying to take advantage of hard working people, I was disappointed. Maybe the aftermarket back glass wasn't the best quality? Not sure. I wouldn't recommend the location unfortunately. $159 for the glass to chip with a case on, no dropping etc. The owner did offer a "discount" but ultimately I'd expect more after having it fixed no more than a day later it's chipped. That being said, just expect more for the price and for the owner to stand by the product and service. *Update* Clearly you can see how passive aggressive and childish the owner is. As with other reviews that did not got his way--I would like to let future customers know there are other options that I wish I looked more into. The Cape Cod Hyannis Mall has the Geek Squad who sell only OEM apple replacement parts and, get this...they have a warranty on their products because they're an Apple partner. Now, that being said it's a whopping $10 more than this "Best Fix" location. Anyway, my loss. I trusted what I thought would be a good service and got burnt. Learned my lesson, I hope this helps someone and if you don't like to get everything for free definitely don't see this guy. read more

They fixed my phone in less than five minutes. They charged me a very extremely reasonably priced deal and I could not be happier. They were pleasant and efficient as hell. If your phone is broken, go here. We had to drive in from Eastham which is 20 miles away, but it was worth it. read more

They are shallow indeed. They installed a screen for me and it worked apon returning to pick the phone up. However, in less than 30 days the screen was malfunctioning greatly on its way to failure. Upon returning to them they refused to do anything regarding refunding my money. Then one of them then pulled out a sign that said 30 day warranty. Was not told anything about that upfront whatsoever. Also the sign was not even in clear view at the time of my return. There is no way a company can install cheap products and have good reviews. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! The only reason they got my business is that my regular cell phone repair person happened to be on vacation. Mobile Device Medics. I went in there with not only a broken screen but a software issue. Aran was very helpful, funny, and honest with my options. He was actually able to save my phone and fix my broken screen. He had to spend a lot of time with me... so I can recommend his shop and his service well! read more

When your phone breaks when you are on vacation it could be a disaster. I went in to "Best Fix" thinking I would need a complicated repair and ended up with a simple and reasonably priced fix and a great new case. Service was pleasant and quick. Pricing was explained so I could understand exactly what was happening. Great experience. read more

I dropped my new phone a couple of days ago and just happned to stop in to see what they could do. My screen didn't have a scraeon it but It was black and could do anything with it. Anar the owner was extremely friendly and very pleasant. He knew just what to do and in about a half hour I walked out with my phone fixed. Reasonably priced, efficient and friendly. Won't go anywhere else! read more

APS Electronics was assigned by Frigidaire to handle a warranty repair on our French door…read morerefrigerator. The unit completely failed (flashing panel, no lights, no water/ice). Frigidaire initially scheduled service for 11/10 with APS, but no one ever contacted us. We had to call APS ourselves and were told the earliest appointment was 11/13. On 11/13, the technician came out, confirmed the problem, but left without repairing the fridge and without giving any clear ETA for parts or a follow-up visit. 6 days later, we still have no updated appointment and we've been without a working refrigerator for more than 10 days, with a family of five and a lot of spoiled food. I called and left messages three times (!!!) with no follow-up from the company. Finally, 6 days later, I was able to get through, only to learn that.... an APS Electronics' technician could not obtain the part number from Frigidaire!!! In 6 days!!!! It took me one (!) 30-second Google search for the fridge model to get the parts diagram. To confirm, it took me one (!) 2-minute call to Frigidaire to ensure that I have the correct part number and to get the parts catalogue sent to me in the email. APS Electronics: unprofessional, unreliable, terrible customer service. Based on this experience - missed initial contact, lack of proactive communication, and no clear plan after the first visit - I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST using this company for anything.

I am so thankful for this business and the true miracle that they were able to perform on my broken phone. I attended the Taylor Swift Eras Tour at Gillette Stadium on a night that it was downpouring rain the entire evening. While in the middle of filming a video, my phone died. I was unable to turn it on again and none of the photos or videos that I had taken during this once in a lifetime event had uploaded to Google Photos. The only way to retrieve them was to be able to turn the phone on. When I got home, I left the phone in rice to dry it out. I called several repair shops and they told me that since I had a Motorola G Stylus phone, it was way too difficult to open and the chances were that the water damage was so severe, that there was no hope in retrieving my precious memories off the phone. Then, I reached out to Best Fix and Repair and the gentleman I spoke to was very kind over the phone and said that it was most likely just a broken screen and he would be happy to take a look at it and diagnose the problem for a very fair price. I took the phone there that afternoon and he was able to open it up and told me that it would be as good as new with a new LCD screen. I left the phone there for about a week and then, received a call with the amazing news that my phone was fixed and ready to be picked up. When I walked into the shop, he had my phone reassembled and turned on and the second I unlocked it, there were all of my photos and videos from the concert! The gentleman at this shop was able to completely fix my phone for a very reasonable price and I am SO thankful to him! Because of this shop, I now have my photos and videos from this amazing, once in a lifetime event. When other shops said this was an impossible fix, Best Fix and Repair was able to save the phone and my irreplaceable memories. Thank you! read more

Best prices and quality on Cape and Whole entire south shore. Ive been cracking my iPhone screen atleast once every 2 months for years everywhere Ive gone on cape in MA and even Florida the competitors are way more expensive than this place and the competitors touch screen lags and the delay messes with my typing. The owner of best fix and repair is a cool dude and it took him only 5 mins to fix my phone infront of me and gave me the lowest price I've seen on a gorilla protective screen and case to accompany my replacement screen purchase. ( cheaper than Amazon). Highly recommend you're wasting your money elsewhere. This dude is honest and Friendly. Your money is best spent here. read more

I was walking by this store,when i saw the sign that this place fixes phones... Without checking their reviews I decided to fix my phone with them.. The short guy at the front(if i am not mistaken his name was Anal) was very unprofessional and creepy looking guy who didn't know how to fix the phone!!! He was dealing with it for 2 hours!!! He was trying to flirt with me while he was fixing,but I decided to take my phone and not to fix there...he tried to charge me for the time that he spent on the phone(which wasn't able to get fixed) It is the worst place you can ever go! Take your business to Cape Mall where they will give you better deal and no hustle at all!! read more

Dont ever go to this place!! These people are the scammers!!! After I fixed my phone,they damaged the ear speaker,and i was never be able to use it EVER again!!! When i took it back after 20 minutes,the manager Anal said that he is not responsible for it when I explained him that the speaker was working!!!
