Waiting on the rep who left her work phone at home. She was able to call some one at her house and gave them the password over the phone for all to hear. I was able to get all my work done that I needed to terminate my relationship with Verizon. I would have stayed but unable to get home internet from them. They advertise it that they can do it. My last three addresses in two states unable to get WiFi from them. Do not advertise if you can not produce. I have received two emails now offering $500.00 discount over three years if I return. She said there were more in the back. Waited, waited....no one came out. Finally a gentleman that came in after me went to the back and knocked on the door. Rodney came out to "not" help as he clearly was upset he had to come help a customer. Finally we agreed I needed someone else to help me. He clearly was angry at being disturbed . I received my phone the next day but the SIM card wasn't activated so I went back and this time Mercedes was wonderfully helpful in getting my phone working properly. The worst customer service I ever experienced. They store says they close at 8:00pm. I pulled up at 7:00 gates were pulled down, but the lights were on and two employees were there I knocked at the door and pointed to the sign, they walked to the back. I thought maybe they were hitting a button to pull up the gates etc, waited 5 minutes. They weren't coming back, they were hiding. They shut down the store and entire hour early. This company is a joke. The staff are rude, refusing to even pull up your account to see what's happening. Whenever they do they still say they can't do anything. The general manager likes to get an attitude with customers. He also promises one thing then goes and does the complete opposite and tries to make you sound crazy and like your lying. It's very unprofessional. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. GO TO TEMPLE. At least they do what they say and are polite. I recently bought a Google Pixel 2 XL. Within the first 14 days if you have problems or don't like your phone your allowed to trade it in. My phone was malfunctioning and I wasn't able to use it barely. I went back on DAY 5. They swapped out the same phone for me, because EVEN THOUGH the phone was defective lol, I would have to pay $35 RESTOCKING fee to get a different phone. I opted to keep the pixel. This was a mistake. As soon as the new Pixel was activated it wouldn't connect to the network and the SIM was invalid. So they replaced the SIM. After rebooting the phone I was still unable to use my phone, it was doing the same thing the last pixel was. Ex, I have to talk on speaker phone or it was very choppy and you couldn't understand me otherwise. The salesman looked and me and said sorry we can't give you a different phone or trade this is. They gave me the option to go home with a broken phone or pay the remaining $450 to pay off the phone AND THEN pay 1/2 on a new phone. EVEN THOUGH I never even walked away from the counter with the device. So I went home. Have called and complained to customer service SEVERAL times about my issues. Went through all of the Tech Coach steps they asked. They mailed me out yet again ANOTHER Pixel. Within 24 I noticed the phone connected to the network, as I received all my voicemails from the last two weeks. But the issues with the speaker and touch screen and the wifi connection was still messing up. They offered to change my phone for a S9+, AFTER they told me it was COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE for them to change my device. So I told them and S9+ would be fine. This was a verbal agreement between the salemen and GM Mr. brown. I had a scheduled call from Tech Support at 6pm that day to notify them if I was able to get a new device as they were the ones who referred me to go to get a new device. So during the call back I was informed NOT ONLY did they not order an S9. But they had infact ordered an S8+. The retail value of the S8+ is $768 while the Pixel 2XL is $859. Big difference right? The cost of an S9 is $799 while the S9+ is $920. After TAXES my phone is $921. So I was very content with the thought of the S9+ and VERY upset to find out not only was I not getting the phone promised. But I was expected to pay the full value of the PIXEL instead of the S8. So basically I will be loosing around $100 because the phone THEY provided me is defective. The manager and sales rep was very rude when I tried to find out why I was not getting the phone promised. They told me they never said that and I needed to return the S8+ once it arrived because I'm only going to get a cheaper phone. That I WOULD NOT receive any phone the same price or higher. I have only been with this company since February and it has been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE. I have never been treated as badly by any company as I have been by Verizon. read more

That one star is a negative. The first day I came I spoke with a lovely lady who assisted me and told me what I would need to do to switch lines today totally different. Different lady very very bad customer service I assumed she would be friendly as I watched her service the people in front of me, when I say this woman gave me every reason NOT to switch my line or trade in my phone that's an understatement. I tried several times to give her my id to start the process but she point in a direction where the phone I wanted was and said it's over there, ma'am I know that I just told you I was here yesterday. Then she says do you have your pin and account number I said I can get it then, I get it and she says before she takes any info , I need to pull your credit and it's gonna be a hard pull. This may sound minuscule but it was the last straw, bc there were so many things she kept saying. She continues to explain NOT the benefits of becoming a Verizon customer but the hassle it would be for me to become a Verizon customer, so I politely decided to take my business elsewhere. I'm a traveling RN so I'm sure there'll be other opportunities this one was amiss. read more

They are terrible!! Busy all the time and the sales ppl take forever with every customer. You are put on a wait list and even minor things like changing your plan take FOREVER. The female "manager" there has some of the poorest customer service skills I've ever encountered. If you have an issue she will give you a sarcastic, disrespectful remark. I have no idea how the woman is even employed with an attitude like that. This is the worst experience I've had with Verizon thus far. We got thoroughly scammed by Verizon Wireless, which includes their store at Central TX Expy in Killeen TX. In April 2018 I went to this store to check out new phones. On my way out I was stopped by a salesperson who told me I am eligible for a free phone, a reward for long-term customers like me (not me but my husband had been the 15 years long-term customer). He insisted the phone is absolutely free, no contract/catch involved - that this is it. I paid the activation fee, was also signed up and charged for an insurance protection plan I had not requested and did not want, no "contract" was shown to me, and I received the phone. End of August we switched to T-Mobile after we found out that Verizon had charged us for 4 lines instead of 3 since March/April. They admitted that this had been their fault, but they refused to reimburse us for the overcharges they had pocketed. Consequently, we switched to a carrier considered more ethical than the Verizon Club. Verizon continues to bill us for 3 inactive lines and a calling plan - according to them as long as they please to. Last week Verizon contacted us, demanding $240 for the "free" phone. I had to wait a week for store manager Anthony Brown to return from a lengthy vacation. Manager Brown admitted that I had not been informed about a "2 year $240 contract" when I had received the free phone. He claimed the "sales agreement" had been emailed to us, and that it stated that I had 2 weeks to return the phone if I did not agree with it. Verizon has never emailed us a "sales agreement" for this phone. Manager Brown stated that "I was stupid to believe his salesperson the story that the phone was for free, that this is how Verizon does business with stupid people." He demanded proof that Verizon had never sent us a "contract" by email, so they would consider cancelling the "contract" and taking their phone back. We printed our complete Verizon email history out and informed the store (and customer service) that we can prove that Verizon had never sent us any "sales agreement" for the phone. Management responded that this does not change anything, that Verizon was not required to inform us about this "hidden contract", and that they demand their $240. I was again called "stupid" by management for having fallen for their scam - a supposed free give away phone. Verizon management stated that, as a business enterprise, they are legally allowed to "sell" contracts by any means necessary, that every salesman has to meet his quota sales, and that Verizon encourages them to meet their quota by lying to prospective customers, and by scamming them into illegal contracts behind their backs; that hidden contracts are binding and the victims do not have to get informed about them. - I have found out by now that there are 1000s of Verizon scam victims complaints posted on the web, people who where scammed in the same way as we were - and lots of them in even worse ways. I am joining this big group of Verizon scam victims going public. This includes filing complaints with consumer protection agencies, the BBB, FCC and FTC, contacting news media, etc, posting on social media, posting on all existing business review sites, and - filing petitions on all popular petition web sites, such as change.org, which reach hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. I don't make a good, docile victim and I will make sure that Verizon will lose every penny illegally scammed from me. The club must be doing very badly for being forced to scam so many customers out of a few bucks. Verizon management stated that the club does not care about public opinion, that they couldn't care less about victims going public.
