He told me that the type of car I was driving, a 2014 Ford Focus with only 16k miles on it, would eventually give me transmission failure and how I got a bad deal on my car no matter what I spent on it. I'm not sure how he was at all qualified to give me this type of diagnosis by just filling up air on my tire. Another female who worked there witnessed this conversation who seemed to ignore him rather than making him stop the bashing. I respect the job they have done, but I don't think they are very professional. they forgot to screw the spark plug bolt back, didn't even screw back the engine air pipes after no more than 30 min diagnosis, and I said that I tried to replace the spark plugs before, then they only tested the spark plugs and did a compression pressure testing, other than that no more testing, then they charge me $200, and told me that I need to replace the whole engine. This makes me not feel good. car is not fixed, the root reason is not sure, and need to spend more money and time on it to find out the root causes of why it can't start up.
