Here's the story...I went over there the other day and they were going to make me a great deal, but the only phone they had was a black phone. I really wanted the white one. So I left. I thought about it overnight and decided it was a good deal and so to save a Little time I'd go over to the closer store. I went to a the cricket on FM 2920 and asked for the same deal. Well...the moron In there named Carlos, was an only interested in Making a commission and told me a huge number...and not the same deal. I left and came back to the Sawdust store and KATRICE and a MIGUEL were ready with my phone AND A GREAT DEAL. They told me CARLOS from the other store (2920...AVOID LIKE A LETHAL SNAKE!!) had called them and gave them the 3rd degree, like he was "Mr Cricket Wireless" instead of the "Unhappy, Unskilled, Crybaby Clown" that he is and tried to get them in trouble over something he could have done too, if not for his greed! Guess he needed some new Pokémon cards or Hot Wheels! I was so mad I wanted to go over there and throat punch this mass of ignorance, but I didn't. Just WHO did he think he was? HE blew his sale and was a now determined to get KATRICE and MIGUEL in trouble for his greed? I THINK NOT!!! Anyway, they set me up and now I have a new phone and I'm happy that I'm a Cricket customer! I will never go back to the store near me, I will ALWAYS go see KATRICE AND MIGUEL from this day forward! You should too!!! I hope Cricket Corporate sends this Clown back to his mommy's basement...He's bad for Business! Don't believe me? Read their reviews...2 of them, and mine was one of them! It first took them 20 minutes to help me, even though the store was empty. The employees were all goofing off and playing around. Then, I'm finally called on to get helped. They said I needed to have the account owner from the previous plan call Verizon and tell them to release my number (which it's hard to ever speak to real person). They wouldn't just speak to the account owner themselves. Anyways, then they check my credit history and start me an account and I leave. Later, I log on to check my account and there are no numbers under my account! So I go BACK into the store and ask them what happened. They forgot to transfer my number over... So they do it and I leave. I check my account online again and there is still NO NUMBER! So I call Verizon it takes me about 15 minutes to speak to a real person. They said they apologize and that they would fix it. Later on I check my account and my sisters number was transferred into my account and not mine.... I hate Verizon.

After walking in and getting stared at for about a minute or two, a gentleman walked over to me texting on his phone, stood next to me texting for a good minute or two before deciding he had texted enough and was going to help me. I stated that I wanted the Saumsung GalaxyS23, and that I was ready to purchase. He instead insisted that I waited 2-3 more months until the new model came out. I did not want to wait that long as I needed a new phone. Needless to say, I drove to another location where they didn't question my choices, and was in and out in about 5 minutes.
