No "Hello," no "Welcome," no "Someone will be right with you"....nothing. I saw four employees in total. While they were assisting other customers at first, two of them finished and immediately went to their personal phones instead of greeting me. I stayed for about ten minutes to see if anyone would address me, and it never happened. Customer service is extremely important to me, and it was severely lacking here. As a result, I took my business elsewhere and purchased my phones at another location. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend it.

And every time I visit this store, same level of very poor service. They don't greet you when you come in the door. They indiscriminately choose who they want to serve. There's no ticketing system. They have a horrible selection of phones. A huge store with, like, 10 phones. The staff is constantly being overturned. The manager of the entire store has got to be one of the worst that I've seen in my two decades plus experience with AT&T. I've got to have been with them at least 15 to 20 years. So I've been to stores up and down the United States, but this is by far the worst. I visited this store over four times, and I tend to be fair about these types of judgments. But by far the worst store in the AT&T chain. Yeah, and the value is just not there. They recommend the wrong programs, they don't know any of the actual programs that AT&T offers. The employees are very poorly trained. Above all, this has got to be a store that's one of the rudest stores that I've seen. We were in a store, they had almost 5-6 reps in there, not a single person greets you when you come through the door. They don't know the programs, and most people leave out of it just very angry and very very upset. So it's a disappointing experience.

My Phone Was Stolen, Order Canceled Without My Consent -- Dishonest Staff…read more On Sunday, I ordered a phone from this AT&T store (13261 Worth Ave, Woodbridge, VA). Since it wasn't in stock, it was to be shipped to the store. Today, I received confirmation emails from both AT&T and UPS stating the phone was delivered and signed for by someone named Stephanie. I went to the store around 5 PM and spoke with Sabrina, Stephanie, and Edward (the salesperson who originally helped me place the order). When I asked about my phone, they started talking to each other in Spanish. I understood enough to realize that Sabrina sold my phone to someone else. Edward even pointed to the counter and indicated that the phone was there earlier and that Sabrina had sold it. Sabrina and Stephanie then went to the back room. A few seconds later, Stephanie returned and told me there was no order for me, and claimed she didn't see my name in the system. But she never asked for my name or ID. I showed her my confirmation emails -- she dismissed them and claimed UPS didn't really deliver the phone, saying they just scan it as delivered. I told her I would wait to speak to Edward. During that time, Stephanie claimed she is the store manager, which is not true. When I finally spoke to Edward, he repeated the lie that UPS didn't deliver the package. I showed him the email again, and at that point Stephanie admitted she was the one who signed for the delivery, but insisted my phone wasn't among the items. I called AT&T customer service, and the representative was incredibly helpful. She confirmed that: UPS did deliver the phone to the store. Someone at the store sold the phone to a different customer. And most importantly: the salesgirl at the store then canceled my order without my knowledge -- clearly after selling my phone to someone else. Thankfully, AT&T blocked the phone so it can't be activated, because it is now considered stolen. Let me be clear: Stephanie lied about being the manager. They sold my phone to someone else. They canceled my order without permission. They lied to my face and tried to cover it up. These employees -- Sabrina, Stephanie, and Edward -- acted dishonestly and unethically, and should be held accountable. This store does not deserve the trust of any customer until serious action is taken. I'm posting this so others don't fall victim to the same treatment
