But by far the worst store in the AT&T chain. Yeah, and the value is just not there. They recommend the wrong programs, they don't know any of the actual programs that AT&T offers. The employees are very poorly trained. Above all, this has got to be a store that's one of the rudest stores that I've seen. We were in a store, they had almost 5-6 reps in there, not a single person greets you when you come through the door. They don't know the programs, and most people leave out of it just very angry and very very upset. So it's a disappointing experience.
