Great customer service. Much better experience than last place. Went out of their way to try to get us a phone from another store.

Felt Like a Setup from the Start - Wrong Phones, Surprise Charges, and No Accountability…read more I should've known better. My wife and I went in to upgrade our phones and clearly asked for the Motorola G Stylus 2025 -- we even discussed with the store manager, Valerie P., that the stylus version was $50 and the base model was $5. I chose it specifically because I need the stylus. She nodded along, no issues. Then, when she walked off to grab the phones, she casually said, "So y'all want the Motorola G 2025," -- dropping the word "stylus." We didn't catch it because our entire conversation was about the stylus model, and honestly, it felt intentional in hindsight. She rang us up: my wife paid around $83, I paid around $80, and we both assumed that aligned with the stylus upgrade + activation + taxes. Later, we realized the phones had no stylus, and Valerie's answer? "You didn't say stylus." "We don't even have that one in stock." So she charged us the price we expected for the stylus model -- knowing full well she was giving us the cheaper version. It gets worse: when we said we'd just order phone cases online, she told us, "Don't worry, I got you." Made it sound like they were on the house. Only later did we see that we had been charged for both cases, and now she's refusing to return them. On top of that, she threw away the case packaging on the spot, which made a return impossible. When my wife calmly asked for a district manager's number, Valerie asked her to leave the store. We later called Boost customer service and got nowhere -- no escalation, no help, no accountability. Valerie even mentioned she trains other employees on how these sales are handled -- which really makes us wonder how many others have had this happen. Check Reddit -- it's not just us. We're now stuck with the wrong phones, charged for accessories we didn't want, and left with no way to fix it. This store needs to be investigated, and Boost needs to do better.
