Every time (and I do mean every time) I called on the telephone asking to speak with Mangie I was told that she was unavailable for a myriad of reasons. That said, Mangie did keep good contact with me via email. However, there were a couple of times when that type of customer service communication did not help me at all because the clock was ticking. 2. I was told by Mangie while I was interviewing her in consideration for utilizing her services if her business would be able to help me with a judgment that was on my credit report. Her response was yes, absolutely! Do to the fact that the judgment was a small dollar amount there was zero room for her business to make a commission on successfully removing said judgment and in the end "My Credit Group" was unsuccessful in there eff forts to strike a deal with those who held my judgment papers. Overall, My Credit Group did not do anything for me that I found to be extraordinary. MCG did in fact clean up some of the smaller procedure type of data input errors on my credit reports, but fell short of providing me a service that I was under the impression would be provided to me. In the end, I am left to wonder how the other 3 reviews on this page got the 5 star treatment and I did not? I'm thinking 3 company/friendly shills at this juncture.

Everyone around me is buying houses, getting nice cars, buying nice things - and there I was feeling hopeless and trying to come to terms with how careless I was and feeling like I'll never get the same opportunities as others because of my mistakes. Then, hopefully one day, I too could have nice things One day I was scrolling my phone and I came across an ad for a credit repair program. "We can help - don't let bad credit keep you from blah blah blah." I clicked it. Within seconds, I remembered why I never click those things. For the hell of it, I started reading reviews, trying to figure out if anyone has ever truly had a good experience with these people. Nope, just as I had assumed, REAL people had nothing positive to say. "They just take your money, my score never changed." "It's just a money pit, based on empty promises." About 2 pages into the reviews, some random dude posted about his experience with The Phenix Group. No one else was talking about this place.
