I was nervous leaving them, but after meeting Cheryl my concerns and fears were much less. Cheryl left us activity logs explaining the things she did with our "babies" from watering them to playing with them. Our old cat (who is over 15) even came out and was very affectionate with Cheryl. You have to understand how shy Basil is with strangers to appreciate that significant moment. It warmed my heart tremendously to see Basil and Cheryl interact together. Cheryl was wonderful with all our "babies". I can't imagine having anyone but Cheryl watch our "babies" in the future. She's warm, affectionate and caring. Dr. Krebs was absolutely fantastic. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to soothe both my anxiety and Bean's. The vet techs are equally as wonderful and the office staff is so pleasant. I really like that the cat vet is separate; most places I've been to they are not separate and it adds more stress on kitties. You can tell they care about animals and put thought into every level of comfort. I very much appreciate LVVS as do Bambino and Shiro!
