Bought a car from them in April of 2020. Easy deal did a blind trade over the phone 3.5 hour drive and the manager was great. Tried to buy a car in June of this year and was not impressed with a different sales person and manager and ultimately decided to wait for the 2024 to come out. Called the same sale person in October to do a deal and he said he'd get back to me. So he called left me a message. So I ended up sending him a text instead of calling him and said hey give a call when you're free and sorry I was busy when you called. Well guess what I'm still waiting for that call. So he must be so busy and sell so me many cars that he doesn't need my business. You know the best part is I didn't even call him by name cause I assume with his follow up skills he won't be there that long. read more

We have been long time customers of Vern Eide and there is a great reason why. The service crew is excellent and our latest lease/purchase was very easy. We thank Reuel, Brian, and Colin for making this the best experience that it could be. Reuel spend a great deal of time with us getting us acclimated to the new vehicle and getting things set up to make our life easier. I must say that Acura Corporate and Acura Financial Services were less supportive than our dealership and sales professionals. We've had 23 Acura's and have leased most of them - the pull ahead program was a complete sham with Acura Finance. Their name was in the return addess of a mailing that offered us the pull ahead program which generally had included the waiver of the last 3 payments if you took delivery of a new Acura. They took very little ownership and blamed Acura Corporate. We were bounced back and forth numerous times with neither taking any ownership for the confusion. For that reason we will continue to work with Vern Eide but will not continue leasing from the Acura or Honda line. After 23 Acuras and a number of Hondas we will no longer purchase new Acura or Honda autos. read more

As a first time car buyer, I was obviously a little nervous and had many questions. My salesman, Colin, couldn't have made it easier on me. He answered all of my questions while still being patient and understanding. He answered all of my texts, phone calls, and emails whenever I sent them. Everyone always greeted me whenever I stopped in. I was referred to this dealership by my mom who also purchased her vehicle from them, but she didn't have to do much convincing since I always saw how well they treated her. Preston the service advisor went above and beyond to help replace my power steering pump. I live in a remote part of the Rocky Mountains, so I was looking at paying quite a bit more for the part/labor out here. I also wasn't sure the best/most affordable place to get it serviced. Preston was able to send me the part I needed (quickly!) and contact the closest dealership. When I got to my appointment, everything went smoothly and I was in and out in less than an hour. To top it off, the service representative told me he had quoted Preston a deal on labor so overall I was able to get everything done for much less than if I hadn't contacted him! read more

Love Acura, not in love with Vern. The VE business model: Expensive brands with a good reputation coupled with nickle-and-dime sales/service tactics. Can you imagine how good the service has to be for car brands with less reliability? The high quality of Acura/Honda allows their sales/service team to be complacent. From the very start, after we agreed on price they stuck me with an extra $3k of add-ons that were on the car I test drove but not on my car. That set the tone of our relationship. They find a reason to charge me an extra $100 every time I go in there, I fight with them, they apologize...rinse repeat. I will buy more Acura's, but not from them. read more
