When I asked for help finding the item, the worker hovered staring right at us until we made a decision. With different brands/options, we were looking to shop around, but with someone right there staring at you, it's kinda hard to review all the info and compare prices to other places online. Had I known he was going to hover, I would've never asked for help. We ended up overpaying for something cheaper nearby. I'm not sure I'll be back.

I am well into my 40's, fully employed, not a kid or a homeless person. It rubbed me the wrong way so I opted to leave. If she didn't feel like it, she should've passed the call on. If her attitude was, "just come down and look at them" she shouldn't be in the customer service business. Now if that's true that's not much of a selection. If that's not true that's pretty sad because I would've went right down there and looked around. I always buy more items when I look around.

I purchased a dog pool here with paw print art and it's been great and lasted 2 summers. This season I decided to replace with a new one. However the one I purchased this season has fish as the art. It's a thinner plastic and doesn't work well for small dogs. The art is peeling off in a weird way and making goopy mess. The sides just bend and folds the plastic making it tear easily. I will be on the lookout to see if they get any paw printed pools and I will change my star to five if they do. Dog paw pools and fish contractor pools are way different.
