I'm sorry, but who would have thought that a $3 corn dog was being cooked in a microwave instead of being properly fried? What a waste of money. I went back later to get some ice cream and, once again, had to deal with the same kind of attitude. When I went to pay, the employee looked at me and told me they were out of quarters. Seriously? How does a concession stand run out of quarters? The food quality and customer service were both extremely disappointing. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customers should not have to deal with rude attitudes simply because they are asking for the food they paid for to be served properly.

It's a bring your kids to swim in the pool and climb around the playground kind of place. It's a 18-hole disc golf kind of place. It's not a 5-star park. You'll find car tires and concrete in the low flowing creek. You might even catch a draft of El Tapatio's dumpster along the paved trail. But still, the pool is clean, big, and full of fun options, the trail bends along the creek and has little wandering trails that lead off, and that playground is pretty sweet (I'd be pretty happy with that as a kid...or even now). Couch Park, I give you three stars; you are A-OK.
