Now it sounds like I am writing a bad review but I wish I could give these 5-stars to one specific representative. Agustin Ortiz from the corporate office was beyond amazing. Not only did he call me back when the call dropped but he stayed on the line to answer all my questions and gave me his ext and email in case I have any further questions. He was extremely professional and competent. I cannot say the same for any other rep working as Adriana's Insurance as some of them would hang up when they didn't know the answer to a question. I truly hope this company recognizes Agustin's capabilities with a promotion as it is well deserved for being patient, knowing, and saving this company's reputation from another bad review.

Then after I tell her that I'm there to cancel my policy she takes forever and then tells me oh I have to "quote" you again. I said no I don't need you to quote me again I need to cancel my policy that's it. Then she takes her sweet time some more and then at the end she just says okay you're done. And I ask her for something in writing that shows I was there to cancel my policy and she said they'll mail it to you. I asked her again if I can have a copy of the cancelation and she said no she didn't have anything. I put 1 star because I can't leave it 0 stars but they don't even deserve any stars
