I didn't hear back. So, I called again and left another voicemail. This time, I got a callback, but I was in a meeting - thus began the game of phone tag. For every three messages I left (including desperate ones saying "I would like to set an appointment for this day - can you fit me in and let me know what time I should be there?"), I got one call back. I thought I was crazy, so I checked their website at: http://www.advanceddentalconcepts.net/ which clearly said they had office hours Monday - Friday. (Still does at the time of this review) Finally, three weeks later, I managed to reach someone instead of the blasted voicemail. The staff told me that their hours had been reduced to Tuesdays and Thursdays only, and that the earliest they could see me would be in the middle of December. I explained my situation, including the frustration with simply setting an appointment, and pleaded to get an earlier appointment. I was denied. Not only was I disappointed in the lack of compassion for a person wandering in public with half a front tooth, but also for the lack of professionalism. Simple business sense dictates that you answer the phone when a customer calls. I felt like I was putting them out for trying to give them business. Only use this dentist if you want to wait months for a simple appointment and if you prefer to speak to a voicemail machine.
