We have Anderson windows but they were installed when the house was built in 1987. Some were ok, some needed some work and some needed to be replaced. Seals, caulking, rebuild a sliding glass doors, all new interior handles and 3 windows were too far gone so they were replaced with new construction windows. The good stuff: They are an Anderson window distributor and installer. They know these windows and know how to work on them. And they are a very friendly group to work with. They did excellent work and the windows and sliding glass doors all work like new. The not-so-good. They don't communicate at all. I had to call and call to get any information, even if they planned to show up to work! In spite of the communication issue, I'd certainly use them to work on any Anderson windows.

The last time I tried to sale a home by owner I met people who seemed to want to take advantage of me even though they said good things about the upgrades made to the house they were not qualified to buy the home without causing me problems that I did not welcome.
