I went to Versona for the first time with a friend yesterday with a friend. She loves the store and always go there. She tells me about the store all the time. The service was good. Upon arriving I had several associates ask me if I needed help. The selection was great. There was a lot to select from. The selection of clothing and accessories was great. The only thing that I didn't like was the price. I'd say the prices were pricey on some items. I got a cowboy hat. We were going to the Houston rodeo. The cowboy hat was $35. Honestly I think that was a bit pricey and the earrings were $19. They weren't offering any sale on those items. I think both could have been a better value. They did have a good sale section. I love this place, I come here about 3 times a month and it has everything when it comes to dresses, hats and more! Super cute and fun place for ladies to shop! Very colorful and fun of all kinds of accessories too! From purses, to socks, to earrings, bracelets, hats, purses, sunglasses and more ....you can for sure find what you are looking for! This is for the ALLEN LOCATION. Customer service is terrible. Attempted to return Christmas gifts that were given to me and was told that because I did not have the packing slip (even though I had the email confirmation and shipping information with prices) that I wouldn't be getting full paid value back since they were marked down now. This company takes your money by being ridiculous during the holiday season. I will not be back and will be telling others to do the same. read more

This place was serioisly dangerous to my wallet! I was walking by and had never been to this store and almost walked past it. Then remembered that I "needed" a new purse. I saw somw purses in the window and decided to walk in and take a peak. When I walked in, this place kinda reminded me of a Charming Charlies store. Full of accessories and clothes. All of them were priced fair. They have shoes, purses, earrings, jewelry, note pads and knick knacks. The cash register is conveniently located at the back of the store. That way if you find something to buy at the front of the store you are forced to browse through the store to ne able to pay for your items! LOL Which I ended up doing just that. Needless to say, I got a new purse, earrings, and sunglasses. If I lived closer to this store, I would definitley shop here often. read more

I first discovered Versona out in Plano, but am very glad they have made their way over to the bustling Macarthur area in Irving. We need more fun shops like that on this side of town. They have some great deals on jewelry, clothes, shoes, whatever your fancy. My personal favorite is their jewelry section with a lot of items marked down on sale. Sure, you may have to actually take your time to look a little bit longer and dig thru the rubble...but I personally enjoy doing that so to me it's worth it. They are always marking down rings, earrings, necklaces of different colors and great accessories to go with any outfit. I even got some cute shiny blue aviators there! I visited the McCarthur location on 02/20/22. Mind you! I have been going to this store since DAY ONE!! I have no problem with the clothing etc. For the FIRST TIME! I had a problem with customer service... I walked in the store the two ladies that were working were checking two people out. I was the only person browsing the store at the time. When I made it midway in the store the two customers left. And someone else walked in. One of the workers went to the back the other was behind the counter drinking something. She stopped drinking and never acknowledged me. The worker went over and acknowledged another lady whose skin color was the same as her's. She then turned around and looked at me and still never said anything to me. Others started coming in same as her skin color and she acknowledged them. I stood there watching to see what was going to happen she turned around looking at me again. The other lady comes out looked at me and said nothing either.. I'm holding two items in my hand. No one still said nothing. I finally said whose the manager. The girl said I'm one of them...I was shocked to know a manager is doing the same as the workers. I then told her what I experienced and her comment was she may have thought I already acknowledged you!!!! I said how could she have thought that when you clearly went to the back when you got done checking someone out when I barely came in the store and you haven't been out here since I've been back here??? I said at this point I feel like putting my things down since my money isn't welcomed in here. She said okay!!! That was the WRONG THING to say to me... Someone who has shopped at ALL the Versona stores . I'm reaching out to their bosses and corporate about this issue... People need to get over it!!! We are not back in those days anymore.... I've been a fan of Versona for quite a while now. The Irving location is the biggest that I've personally been to, and it's SO pretty! All the staff are super knowledgeable and helpful--sometimes too much so, and I leave with more than I intended to! My wallet isn't always the happiest with me, but I'M happy with my new clothes! And don't get me started on the shoes and accessories... this place can be dangerous! read more

I've tried coming here SOOO many times but they're always closed. So much that even my S.O. says, "wait haven't we tried coming here before." They close at 7 but fail to update times on any internet-based platforms. I'm not trying anymore with these people. I've purchased clothes and jewelry, both have held up well. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is in the perfect locations within the shopping center on MacArthur in Los Colinas (Irving). They have everything you need from shoes, shape wear, jewelry (some sterling), clothes, belts, broaches, head bands, scarfs, & hats! Spring is my favorite time because they get great hats and fun colors in clothing! Store is always clean, and their fitting rooms are HUGE! they have a great sale section also with unbeatable prices! I've always enjoyed shopping at this store, especially when I lived in Las Colinas. My family has moved about 45 mins away and I try my best to visit the store when I'm in the area. The store hours are from 10am - 9pm. I arrived to the store at 10:30am and the door was locked. Several people were walking around but no one acknowledged me. Finally a lady came to the door and said, "sorry ma'am we're doing inventory and it's going to be another 30 minutes before we open." I couldn't wait as I had an appointment to get to. No sign was on the door and I found it to be unprofessional the way that I was addressed. I'm fully aware that inventory has to be done and things happen but have a sign and be courteous to your customers. Every time I visit the store, I spend no less than $150 because I rarely get a chance to shop there since we moved. I've never had any issues since today and the clothes are great! Not sure if I will visit again based on this interaction. read more

I am happy to say I've found my go-to for new professional clothing. Everything about this store is awesome. The styles offered are constantly being updated and displayed so nicely. It makes any girl want to spend their money on clothes! The customer service here makes my shopping trips all the better. Proactive and pleasant associates every time. They always offer me a fitting room to start as soon as I choose items to try on and they constantly check to confirm you have the sizes you want/need. The store is sparkling clean, smells fresh and the clothes are always presented nicely. Atmosphere is relaxed and chic, not stressful, loud, or obnoxious. The location is right by my apartment, too. Prices can be a little up there, but you get what you pay for. Also, this place has the CUTEST accessories from jewelry to sunglasses to mugs and small pieces of decor. Love it! read more

This place gets me into trouble. I was over in the shopping center on my lunch break and walked in just to see what it was like. I don't wear a lot of jewelry mainly because I'm not sure what looks good and I like how they put the colors together. I find Charmin Charlie to be a bit overwhelming and cheap. The first thing I noticed was the clothes and in particular the real sizes that women wear which was refreshing. The shoes are really cute and affordable. The staff was nice and not pushy at all. OMG! This location in Irving use to be my favorite place to shop. That is when they had great customer service. They suck now! I walked out after experiencing the manger himself seeing me exit out of my car and entering the store. He walks right pass me and said NOTHING! He continued to walk all around me, and so did the other two sales associates. Neither of them said a word! When one came to put an item away right next to me and did not say a word.... that was it. I went to the check out asked for the store number in which two of them did not even know, and told them they would hear from me. I never provide comments, but this I had to share. Went to the shop in Irving for the first time and loved it. I was promptly greeted upon entering, and several other workers greeted me shortly afterward. They unloaded the things I wanted to try on and stashed them in a fitting room for me. Great selection on apparel, accessories, and gifty items, and a small selection of shoes. Very orderly sale section. The shop is neat and clean. I purchased sale and regular-priced items and a pair of sandals. This was a few months ago. So satisfied that I went online to purchase more things. Reason for four stars is that before I went to the Irving store, I had a gift card and tried to make a purchase online. The website does not state you can't use a gift card for online purchases. I spent a lot of time filling my cart only to find out that time was wasted. I called because I couldn't figure out how to use my gift online. The agent was very apologetic and said that wasn't possible, I would need to use a credit card. How odd that I can't use a Versona gift card online! Boo hiss for that, but I'm glad I went to the shop, because their service was outstanding. read more

I've always loved going into this store; I browse and often buy something almost every time I'm in there. I bought a dress last weekend and then saw the same dress $9.00 cheaper this weekend. I took the tags and my original receipt in and asked for a price adjustment. The manager told me I had to bring the actual dress in--even though the same dress was about five foot away from the register with the same tags and bar code to identify and match it to my receipt. I don't live super close to the store and had a couple of other items in my arms to buy. I ended up putting everything back. Seems kind of silly to irritate a loyal customer over $8.00 that they were gonna get right back with the other things I was going to purchase. read more

Terrible customer service and training of their employees! Do not recommend it at all!! Employees have different information about their return policy and I ended up with merchandise I could not use because of the information they verbally provided me with. The employee that then provided me with the accurate information would not even make exceptions, she prefered losing a customer. I am very disappointed and feel sorry for the owner. read more

I've been several times and while I like the style (and for the most part, prices), I find the customer service to be terrible. I have been in the store and seen all of the staff gathered, using foul language while discussing impending court cases; and on other occasions have barely been acknowledged despite being the only customer in the store. If I want the style and prices, I can shop online without dealing with the awful service. read more

Versona is definitely for the ladies. I am a 6ft 230 pound professional black man. I went into Versona with 2 ladies to wait while they shopped. Keep in mind it's a Sunday and we had just left church, so I was dressed professionally. Unfortunately, they watched me like I was a terrorist the entire time. It was totally uncomfortable.
