Everyone was very personable and the prices were great. I travel a lot for work so I haven't gone back since November, but I did place two orders online recently, and the online experience was just as good. I received free shipping, and still got my orders in a timely manner. I will definitely shop there again soon. I don't write reviews often but if you need trendy clothes or accessories TopNotch Boutique has it, and they have great customer service to go along with it.

Honestly I think that was a bit pricey and the earrings were $19. They weren't offering any sale on those items. I think both could have been a better value. They did have a good sale section. There's no way to know this unless you call ahead or show up. - I found 2 pairs of shorts and 1 pair of jeans that I like. - Lots of old, dingy graphic tees and shoes (thrift store level). Not anything I would want to purchase over $5. - Small section of larger sizes (XL+). I go back every few weeks and often see the same thing - not much new. - I wish they had baskets or something to shop with. - Styles feel like they're for an older demographic. I probably won't return once I use my credit.
