Came out and someone was now there, she asked me if I had a ticket. I informed her I did not, as I did not see anyone when I came up. She very rudely said "I'm always around within eye shot, people just don't look" It is not a customers job to track you down or look for you if a department is open and you are to be covering a department. I was informed that it would take about an hour to process my clothes, which I understood. When I returned at the one-hour mark, as they hadn't contacted me, it ended up taking two hours. During this time, my six-month-old was left crying for an unintended hour. Additionally, the staff were neither friendly nor welcoming; they seemed to act as though they were doing me a favor. Management here needs to do some major work. I'm never coming back to buy or sell.
