This is a place where they tell you to do an exercise then walk away without evaluating your form on Day 1. I noticed very soon that the personalized care and attention I had received from Denise was something that not many PT clinics do these days (and certainly not any of the clinics associated with the big hospitals). She was kind enough to not only treat my condition through directed massages, suction therapy and stretching/pilates routines, but also engaged with my personal trainer to ensure that I got the right kind of workouts. At this time, my pain has all but gone away and (more importantly) I got into the habit of doing my PT routines everyday for long-term wellness and pain management. She offered two appointments the next day at times I just couldn't make (I work in a school). I explain this to her, and she said "I'm going to need a few hours to for you in we are just that busy". I said ok no worries and she said she'd call me back. That was over a week ago. I reached out to the first person I had set up the appointment with~no response. I'm disappointed because I was hoping that this would be the place that could help me be pain free. Edited to add: someone did reach out to me after I posted this review, I got both a message and a phone call. I have found another place that I am trying, but appreciate the communication.

Despite the fact that I fully paid my bill in 2021 for those prior services, she refused to schedule me, stating it was because of that same old billing issue from five years ago THAT I PAID!!! I find it very unprofessional that a receptionist can hold a grudge over the office's own prior billing mistake and then deny services. During our recent phone call, Wendy was antagonistic and argumentative, and the interaction felt unnecessarily hostile. I had clearly asked for the per session amount I have to pay and I was told a num, that i paid for every session I took, right before they signed me in for every session. I had clearly noted that the amount I have to pay per session is clearly the decision maker for me and I dont want any surprises, insurance or not. All said and done, 60 days after my session ended, they started sending me a bill, which I talked 2 times and now it is all- you signed a document accepting to pay, we can only give your approximate values, we cannot waste time explaining you all these. To be fair, their therapists are good, i have no complain. But guess there is lack of professionals and professionalism from administration. I would avoid going here for any future services as mental cost of dealing with this negates physical gains.
