Dr. Deepak is AMAZING!!! This is the best place I have ever gone! I sprained my ankle so bad that I could barely walk. It looked like a baseball was inside my ankle. I visited Dr.Bennett for 4 months regularly (every week) for neck pain and tingling sensation in the feet and palms due to over-stretching during yoga as my regular chiro wasn't working due to covid situation. Dr Bennett is a big reason of why I've healed. I had a repetitive strain injury that triggered nerve pain in my neck and radiated down my right arm. He does a lot of active release therapy and gets rid of the adhesions in muscles and his adjustments are effective. He does a number of things to discover the root of the problem. Let's just start with the basics: - He's a god amongst chiropractors - He doesn't just crack your back and call it a day, but instead focuses on the entire body (including muscles). That's a big deal folks. - Is polite enough to accept my verbal insults every time he takes on my various back pains and problems. - We always discuss the latest and greatest video games - Wears jesus sandals. You can always trust a guy who rocks Jesus sandals. I first went to him because I had terrible -- and I mean terrible upper back pain that centered around my shoulder blades. I needed help. What hasn't already been said about Dr. Bennett's magic healing powers! The man is an amazing chiropractor!! He is thorough, patient, and is continuously learning better techniques and applies them. I have been to more than a handful of chiropractors and I thought I saw it all... a few cricks and cracks here, some light massaging, electric probes, rolling machines, and even a water massager! The usual "we should see you three times a week for the first two months and then we can see if we should take it down to two times a week" blah blah was so tiring to hear and I felt trapped. Imagine my surprise and DELIGHT when Dr. B said he doesn't want to see me again this week OR the next week when I first saw him. Dr. Dave Bennett is great! I met Dave at the Livestrong Challenge convention last Saturday (one day before my 100 mile ride). I told him the problem that I was having with my back and he fixed me up! Dr. Deepak Rattu was a godsend when I had severe pain in my lower back. He was able to get me in quickly the same day and I left feeling much better. As he worked with me further, he began to test my body for more issues, which he was able to find out that I had certain muscles in my body that did not "fire properly." This caused muscle imbalance and then ultimately leading to the back spasm and intense pain I felt all of a sudden. He also gave me nutrition advice and taught me how to change my diet to a healthy one. What was super interesting was the emotional clearing he did and discovered that I had all these emotional patterns in my body, which was stress that my body was holding on to. After the emotional release, I felt very light in my body and my pain was gone completely for the first time in years! I can't believe it! The methods he uses are comprehensive and it works! Dr. Dave Bennett and In Line Chiropractic have so far provided answers or a remedy to my issues. First time was an issue with an overused metatarsal. They worked on me at The Almaden Quicksilver Ultra with active release and cured the issues. Second time was today at the Sports Basement Run Group Appreciation BBQ for my back. A couple of minutes later Dr. Bennett seems to have identified and narrowed the cause of my back discomfort. I've been to other chiropractors and felt like they were ineffective and just wanted me to sign up for as many follow-up appointments as possible so they can charge me over and over for the same issue. Also, he doesn't try to get you to come back unless you actually need it. I've been seeing Dr Bennett for a few years now, I found him through a friend's referral. I used to live nearby in Mountain View, but I've since moved to Pacifica, but I still drive all the way down to Sunnyvale to see him because no one else can do what he does. I tried to find someone, but was unsuccessful. My main physical ailment is an old knee injury that resulted in two surgeries about 8 years ago. After seeing doctors and doing physical therapy, I was still having nagging pain. I saw him once, he evaluated the problem and aligned my knee joint back into place. He does this by evaluating the whole body, doing strength tests and using the ART technique, among other things. What I like about him is he really evaluates my idiosyncratic body and doesn't just parrot simple concepts that I could find myself if I googled it. He has a strong knowledge of body anatomy and how the body kinetically works and finds trigger points and issues that I didn't realize was affecting my pain areas. The other great thing about Dr. Bennett is he doesn't prescribe ongoing office visits so you become dependent on going to a chiropractor every week. In the past, I saw a different chiropractor that had me coming in 2x a week for months and the problem didn't even improve. Dr Bennett often fixes my problem in one or two visits. (They I go out and hurt myself again, but then I can see Dr. Bennett-ha!) Last year a doctor looked at my MRI and said I will never run again. This is a long overdue review. I'm not much of Yelper but this is a much needed review. I started seeing Dave a few years ago due to my crazy lifestyle. I'm a professional Mixed Martial Artist. DO NOT HESITATE. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY. I had severe pain in my upper back and shoulder for the last 2 years. After seeing my doctor and the physical therapist for months, I found no relief. It was getting difficult to manage the pain and I was loosing hope. My mom then told me about Active Release Technique (ART).
