The care here is good but they too busy to do any real rehabilitation.. I was there for several months and only achieved 4 visits, some were more than 6 weeks apart. I really wanted to try this place! Typically I never review a place that ti haven't actually been to. I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis since September and decided it was time to get some help. This place had great reviews and I was feeling positive. I made an appointment weeks in advance (they are very busy) and was looking forward to it. The day of my appointment someone calls and tells me my assigned physical therapist cannot make my appointment. I was disappointed because I was so looking forward to it. She offered two appointments the next day at times I just couldn't make (I work in a school). I explain this to her, and she said "I'm going to need a few hours to for you in we are just that busy". I said ok no worries and she said she'd call me back. That was over a week ago. I reached out to the first person I had set up the appointment with~no response. I'm disappointed because I was hoping that this would be the place that could help me be pain free. Edited to add: someone did reach out to me after I posted this review, I got both a message and a phone call. I have found another place that I am trying, but appreciate the communication. read more

Best PT in NorCal. No other resource is as patient, professional, and knowledgeable as MORE PT in Los Gatos. Meghan, Marci, Lupe, Quenal, Vince, Tom, and Wes are magnificent. I'm confident using any one who is available with my schedule because they review and work with/on me seamlessly. The assistants are equally as amazing, as well. Bottom line...they FIXED my issues. They persevered with my burning/10 out of 10 pain tennis elbow, for example. When something wasn't working, the PT thought through the options. This is such an amazing resource. I have been struggling with knee pain for the past many years, to the point that I've had to cancel or reduce enjoyable activities. After working with Vince, I have an understanding of exercises and stretches that have helped me regain strength and flexibility. I am also re-learning basic movements from Marci, so that I keep my body in alignment and cease repetitive movements that are wearing down my joints. This group of therapist has taught me how to move and exercise to reduce pain and regain strength so I can participate in all the activities I enjoy. Something has gone wrong here. Stay away for now. I started going in April and went fine, except hard to schedule appointments. Would have said 4 stars. Referred my wife! However, in May my trainer left and I didn't think much of it. To get schedules I saw 2 other trainers. Everyone is nice and friendly but my shoulder didn't get better. Then today, Sept 1 I go in and they say they have to reschedule my Sept 7 and 14 meetings because my new trainer is leaving. So they say I have to see a new trainer and earliest available is Sept 24. If I want to see the remaining trainee, earliest is Oct 1. That's 30 days from now?!?!! Why are all their trainers quitting? There are other well reviewed PT places out there, I recommend trying them. I'm also looking for references as I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

I have gone to More physical therapy for several different physical issues for rehabilitation and am thoroughly appreciative of their service. This past issue was related to sciatic problems. The team, Tom, Megan and Vince at More were outstanding in their support. I especially want to thank Tom for providing me with the information I need going forward in taking care of the issues I have with my sciatic including stretching and massage exercises/therapy. In addition, I started having problems with plantar fascitis and Tom was able to help me with that issue as well. Most importantly the advice they give you going forward is invaluable. read more

No one REALLY WANTS to go to PT. I mean, if you are here you are likely in pain and something isn't working right. Well, in my case I have a very bad and now old back injury. I was referred here from my new work comp doc and I am SO happy I was. I've seen Justin and Vince. Both are great. Justin is funny and has a good sense of humor. Being that this is my 2nd attempt at PT after this injury, I have to say that this place is head and tails over where I went before. Unlike before, I am seeing progress both in the pain and mobility aspects of my injury. I am very happy with everyone I have come in contact here as they are ALL nice, kind, helpful, and above all caring. And really, that is what you want when you are hurting- someone who cares! I HIGHLY recommend MORE to anyone. They are truly great. read more

In my opinion, this is a pretty basic clinic. I went there for 3 sessions. Most of the time was spent in answering lots of questions by the therapist, which I appreciate. However, the exercises they told me to do, were pretty inconsistent in terms of technique. One trainer told me to do them one way, the other day another trainer apparently corrected my exercises. Barely spent 3 hours in total, and I got a whopping $200 bill for those 3 sessions, in addition to my co-pay, which was $15 per visit. Might not go here the next time. read more

There are good therapists here, but the scheduling is not dependable. The aides are inexperienced and do not help with form. I've left work for appointments, driven to their office, and have had my appointment time changed without my approval. read more

I was so fortunate to have Brendan help me recover after a hamstring injury. He really took the time to guide me through the stretches and exercises that not only helped me recover, but that will also help me avoid further injuries. I was most impressed that he worked with me (very patiently) to make absolutely sure I was doing things correctly. MORE PT was recommended by my orthopedic doctor's office to treat my frozen shoulder and it was a great find. I think they have multiple locations, but the Los Gatos location was very convenient for me. I was treated by both Vince and Matt who are the 2 main therapists, and they have lots of assistants. The treatments started to help right away, and I felt significant improvement after each session. The dynamic massage/manipulation, exercises, and ice/stimulation worked great for me. They gave me an online account to be able to see videos of the exercises they taught me, but I liked the paper printouts which I could organize into different sets of exercises and in the order that works best for me. It will be important to keep doing these exercises long after I run out of insurance covered treatment sessions. I liked MORE so much, I got my wife into MORE to get treatment for her frozen shoulder as well. I have to give a shoutout to the wonderful receptionist Dawn who takes your temperature and asks questions to make sure everyone is Covid free in this difficult time. Everyone must wear masks, and EVERYTHING is cleaned after each use. Highly recommended. read more

Both my children attended this location for a torn muscle and a knee injury. They worked with Vince who was excellent, knowledgeable, patient and a great communicator. He works extremely well with both children and adults. As both of my children are in competitive sports, physical therapy and recovery was definitely a priority. The staff worked well at coordinating the physical therapy with the kids busy schedules and helping them figure out how much they could exert themselves without further aggravating their symptoms. The office staff Alejandra was also patient and incredible always willing to answer any questions and reschedule appointments if necessary. My children also worked with therapists Justin and Marcie at this location and had the same positive experience. They were both extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. I would highly recommend this facility for physical therapy and excellent customer service. read more

Just finished a running evaluation session with Marcy and boy, was I happy I went. My husband and I are training for marathons ( me- half) and the plethora of knowledge you walk away with Marcys help, really opened our eyes to how to improve running forms to minimize injury, run efficiently and increase milage. I recommend it to anyone who just started running, or who are getting back into it so they learn good running habits. Marcy is positive and very detailed. She cares. Strained my back and required exercises for strengthening and learning how to lift and move in a way as so to not reinjure myself. My 17-year-old son went here after having knee surgery (torn meniscus playing hockey). Everyone is fantastic, the receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful, and the therapists are fantastic. My son saw Marcie and Vince and they were both great. We were very happy at how quickly he recovered and started walking again. Highly recommended. read more
