He went out of his way to come up and check on everything, which was to be expected. What we didn't expect is the genuine interest he took in our son. He sat down and chatted with him about nothing in particular for a solid 20 minutes. Our son's best friend was not able to make it to the party, so he was bummed. Jace didn't know this, but his kindness made our son's day. It was so awesome! Keep him around for as long as you can. I've been involved in customer service in some capacity for the majority of my adult life and he is definitely a top contender for the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you, Jace. You don't know how much your kindness affected all of us in a positive way. Keep being that way. You're a wonderful human and any job you have will be lucky to have you. Thank you so much.
