Regarding some of those negative reviews... please take accountability for yourselves and your actions...when you are a group of young girls coming for fun or a bachelorette party, you need to book a private class. Most of us in there take this seriously, it is a workout, it is our hour to decompress from the stress of life. So when you come in and are rowdy, not following directions, and causing a commotion, it's disrespectful and we are going to say something to you. You don't go to 24 hour fitness and act crazy, this is the same, respect the class/instructors/and others around you. Elizabeth is an incredible instructor and human and if she was "rude" to you, it was because she is running a business and you are being disrespectful to her and her other clients.

Nikki has those skills in abundance. During the exercise portion and at various points when meditation is cultivated, I found her words to be heaven sent: extremely helpful in achieving a desired state of mind. Nikkk also seems genuinely happy when she greets students. This facilitates the experience in the nicest way. The space itself is rejuvenating and Debbie (one of the instructors) has an approach to yoga that is more than physical (if you want it to be.)
