The owner, David, did give a very fair price but that was not the sole determining factor that lead us to choosing the Pool Butler. David was very thorough in explaining in detail the scope and nature of the process. His company then went on to not only perform as promised but in fact exceeded our expectations in many ways. Everyone involved in the process from employees to subcontractors were professional and displayed meticulous workmanship. David himself was 'down in the trenches' making sure every grout line in the tile work was up to his standards. After completion of the actual project the 'aftercare/start-up' work was just as meticulous as the job itself. For 30 days the Pool Butler followed up brushing the pool surface and monitoring the chemicals making sure everything was just right. David even provided us with a new filter and pool brush, who does that? My wife and I have owned this home since 1988 and have dealt with dozens of vendors over the years and I can say without reservation this has been one of the best vendor experiences we have ever had. If you need your pool refinished or any other pool related services choose the Pool Butler. David does what he says he will, when he says he will and always at the highest level of quality.

At the same time some of the pool needed to be regrouted and they did that as well. The price they gave me was very reasonable. The best of all was David's customer service was outstanding. I say this because some time later I had a question about how to manage the pump to make sure it would operate when the temp. got below freezing. I texted David with my concern and he called be back in a short time later and walked me through how to set the pump up to make sure the pump will run once the temp. got below 35 degrees. To my surprise capacity is not a large amount of people so it was very spacious and comfortable in the pools and sitting on the patio furniture. The daily admission is $3 for adults and $2 for persons 17 years old and younger. This includes access to the children beach pool/slide. They also have a lap pool with swimming lessons offered. This aquatic center is amazing because they have a section with beach entry great for kids. There are mushroom fountains and other fun features for all ages. Yes my fiancé even loved those fountains and reminded us of our childhood. My toddler absolutely loved it. They also have a slide which you can take your toddler on as long as you hold them. I also felt extremely safe because there were more than 3 lifeguards working. Everyone who worked here was very friendly and took their job seriously. I give this Center 10/5 stars!!

They sent a jet ski to come tow us home, which could barely move us through the water. We sat for over an hour in a torrential downpour with lightning crashing all around us.
