Because they don't offer cash back, only store credit and some of the items aren't eligible to be returned at all I didn't want to take the risk in online ordering again and having the same problem. *also be advised the store credits do have an expiration date* I knew I was coming to LA so I decided that I would make a trip to the store front to redeem my store credit. The boutique is really cute inside, small, and I didn't have any problem finding street parking. There is a pretty good selection of items if you're between sixes 2-8 but larger than that you'll be a bit limited. I tried on several items and most of them just did not fit my body properly. A lot of the fabrics are thin and sheer, the dresses and skirts I tried on showed my underwear so beware of that also. I found the most success in accessories and jackets. I purchase a jumpsuit that fit me perfectly and it is a size 2X. In no other store have I ever fit into a 2X but I liked it enough to keep. The prices are pretty expensive based on the quality and I did not see any sale section inside of the store. A mini backpack, jumpsuit, duster and pair of no-name sunglasses was over $200. Thankfully my credit was $160 and covered most of that. Staff were helpful and friendly, I would consider the customer service 5 stars but I know I won't shop here again based on the sizing, selection and prices.

I'm an extra small, so the comment was both unnecessary and confusing. It came across as dismissive and unprofessional. The staff also seemed very pushy rather than helpful. While I was there, I noticed other customers asking questions, only to be met with the same unfriendly attitude. Several people ended up leaving instead of continuing to shop. It honestly felt like the store was losing potential business because of the way customers were being treated.

Their motto promotes embracing all curves and body types, but the experience did not reflect that at all. We were instructed to pick two dresses to try on in any colors we wanted, but then were not given the dresses or colors we selected. It felt inconsistent and dismissive. Overall, the treatment felt noticeably better toward slimmer customers, which was upsetting and disheartening. The staff came across as unhelpful and unprofessional, and instead of feeling supported in finding a dress, we felt rushed and judged. I would not recommend this store and will not be returning. Vicki was so kind and helpful. She made the shopping experience great for my daughter. Helped her try everything on, ordered the right size (they didn't have her's in stock) and when we came back to pick it up a few days later, she got her all set up to try it on and it was perfect. We are so grateful to Vicki for making the day easy for us. She is so sweet!
