I make an appointment with her every time I'm back in town. VIB is so calming and tranquil and has a very healing energy. I started seeing Yasmira a couple years back when I was living in Miami, and even on days when I rushed in for my facial after a completely crazy and chaotic day workday, I immediately felt soothed and at peace upon walking in the door. I have extremely sensitive skin, which has been problematic for my throughout my adult like. Nevertheless, Yasmira is so knowledgeable and skilled that she always knows exactly what remedy I need. I am obsessed with this Spa! I learned of them here on Yelp as they are extremely close to Brickell which is where I live. Im in the hotel industry and can say that the service I have received here excels any spa located inside a hotel... and trust that I am a spa snob!! The level of expertise within those that work here from massages to special facial treatments just doesn't compare to any other I've ever experienced. I have many choices living in Brickell and at the many cities I travel to but wouldn't chose any other place after I tried the service of this spa and particularly of Yasmira who with her special hands and knowledge made my skin the best it has ever looked in only 3 visits. I went to Miami in December of 2015 and was looking for a day spa in the area. I can not tell you how happy I am that I chose this place. First of all, they were able to see me the same day. Second, place is tiny, but VERY clean.Third, I had a facial and was extremely happy with procedure process and product that has been used - I do have a sensitive skin and was very supersized that I did not get any blemished after it. After such a great experience, I did schedule a massage appointment. And again, I was not disappointment - the massage therapist did an excellent job - I left the place happy, relaxed and peaceful. Several days ago, I woke up w the worst sciatica inflammation of my life. The pain was unbearable to me; I could barely stand the time it took naproxen to work. I went to Very Intelligent Body where the very compassionate and professional, Yasmira, gave me a gentle evaluating massage. Over the next three days, I had six hours of therapeutic massage and lymphatic drainage massage by the very kind, gentle, and knowledgeable Arays, one of her excellent employees. Each day my pain lessened, and now I am medication free only three days later. My husband and I booked a couples massage at VIB and it was a wonderful experience! The owner Yasmira was very accommodating and offered tea as soon as we walked in. She had great energy and helped us feel comfortable. My husband suffers from anxiety and Yasmira gave us some suggestions for ways to cope with anxiety. Everyone was very understanding and knowledgeable. He was able to enjoy the massage without feeling anxious. We are into essential oils and the massage room was set up with an essential oil diffuser which smelled very calming/relaxing. The massage was amazing. We both felt relaxed and so much better after. My young daughter had a very bad case of acne and Honestly was a little skeptical of taking her to another place for facials since the previous place I took her was doing more damage than good to her face and every time she had an appointment she would cry cause she didn't want to go.. I have had several massages throughout my life in different countries, but never had I experienced such attention to detail. First, the masseuse asked me if I had any requests. I explained where my tension lies and where to be less firm. The environment was so serene. All five senses were targeted: essential oils perfect for relaxation through scent, calming soundscapes, the room dimmed and the bed warmed. I left relaxed with my knots almost gone.
