It's in a great area, but the studio is only one room for everything, very cramped, and when people come in early for the next class it is disruptive during the yoga rest at the end of the practice. The class was Ok, there was a lot of dead space between moves, and it did not feel like a very good workout overall. And there were only a few moves gone over, not very cohesive. I tried calling a few times to cancel my last 3 classes that I reserved because I had to return home to New Orleans last minute for a family emergency, but there was no voice mail, the phone kept ringing. I was fine loosing the $30 since I only was able to attend one class for the week. I planned on sending an email once my flight landed back home and I was able to get settled and help my family through this difficult time, obviously sending an email to a yoga studio after several attempts at calling, was not my main priority. When I got to my computer yesterday, I had received a very snarky email from the owner advising me that she was charging me $10 for each class I missed, when I explained that I tried to call and inform that I could not attend, she very rudely replied that it is not her responsibility to cancel my classes for me. Over it, and make sure you do not save your credit card information to the site, they WILL charge you without your permission and there is no option to delete your card info once added, you can only edit or add another card. I recommend the Vita Prana Studio a little further down Atlanta road if you are new to the area.

Straight scam behavior. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I arrived about 20 minutes early, so I could get a feel for the place, know where the lockers are, how the class works, and everything else that comes with coming to a new fitness studio for the first time. Simon, the front desk associate, was super helpful. He walked me into the studio before class started and gave me a good rundown on the machines and how the class operates. I'm familiar with gym equipment for the most part, but it was nice to see some of the newer machines that this place had. The instructor's name was Carly. Carly was great!! She was motivating and was good at providing guidance throughout the duration of the class. She introduced herself to me before the class started as well. The class itself was INTENSE. But I am a fan of intense, so it was right up my alley. I burned 500+ calories in just under an hour, which is way more than I burn when I just go to the gym. The music was awesome too, a nice mix of EDM and other genres. I would definitely consider coming back here again in the future!

They continued to charge me for months after they moved and I wasn't even coming in. Why would they resume monthly memberships after closing down and moving to a new town to begin with without consent? I signed up again this month not aware of these charges, then AFTER I paid 80.00 to start a new membership, the front desk lady says she needs to talk to me. Accuses me of not paying my old balance and it's my fault because I must have called the bank to stop the charges. I explained I wasn't there the last several months of my membership due to having a baby and them moving to a new town. She tried telling me I need to also pay that before I work out and they won't waive that fee, even though they never told me at sign up 2 days prior. I feel this gym is predatory and doesn't treat their customers well, they only care about the money. I've never written a poor review about anywhere but felt I needed to say something after how I was treated.

Funny enough my partner emailed to cancel his membership AFTER I did and already received cancellation confirmation. If some intern from corporate tries to claim differently in response to this review - i'll be posting all the screenshots as proof. I literally had to threaten involving my lawyer in my last email just to confirm a gym cancelation? Get real Carbon and train your staff.

At times the gym felt overcrowded and louder than expected, not because of members or music but rather trainers and their environment. I also found communication regarding policies, scheduling and member concerns to be inconsistent. One of the main reasons I joined EpiFit Club was to be part of a community focused on growth, encouragement and inspiration. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those values. I observed behavior that felt cliquish and unwelcoming which is a distraction from the positive atmosphere I was hoping to find. Based on my experience, I do not plan to renew my membership. I also intend to share my experience will other review platforms so prospective members can make informed decisions.

My favorite part of the gym is how focused and intentional they are about your form and performing movements without pain or injury. Dexter trains my Son & Daughter whenever she's back in town & he gets nothing but compliments. Even with both of them sore in a good way. I finally decided to train with Dexter, who designed my workout per my back issue & modifications needs. Yet, he did not let me slack by no means. He also gave me a workout plan to do on my own with utilizing my bodyweight & resistance bands in which I've been able to keep up for the most part...no pain, no gain.
