This location has a pool, hot tub and sauna. My interactions with the staff have been very friendly and useful. Often they have machines that need to be maintained/repaired. In general they keep it clean too. It's packed around 5pm-8pm. But pretty enjoyable weekend mornings (8am-10am).

I watch as she gives the gym to her nonmember friends to play basketball and freely roam around the gym. Also, that morning there was a man cleaning the toilets in the ladies' bathroom who insisted, "he is a manager not a servant." This subhuman knew we had to use the bathroom. He took his time and said he didn't care " if we peed on ourselves." This creep made us wait 20 minutes to use the bathroom. I found out he comes in at 2pm daily. I have been a member for 20 years. I never had any issues. They don't understand that they work for the members! These two ghetto employees need disciplinary action immediately!

I learned so much in the 5 months I was able to enroll in small group classes, in terms of focusing on different muscle groups and how to use some strength training equipment I'd never been exposed to previously. Brandon was my trainer in small group classes, and I also learned from Miranda and felt supported by the entire team there actually. I experienced no injuries due to their focus on safety. And you'll see a range of generations, male and female. I'd really recommend the facility whether you are a newbie like me or a veteran. Lots of great equipment, good music and most importantly - professionals in this space who will support you wherever you are on your journey!

I really wanted to upgrade my body and appearance so I took it upon myself to just say it's time to get serious. I was able to see Brandon to get things started as far as scheduling and told him my realistic goals and I was ready for this long term commitment to myself. I got assigned to Jared as my personal trainer and he's a cool down to earth guy and I look forward to him helping me out on this journey of transformation. All the other coaches are hella cool as well and I feel they felt my good energy as a person every time I pull up. The facility is clean and a nice size environment as I don't have any complaints at all. I can say I'm glad I found this gym to be my go to place and giving this review to support the facility. Ed, the owner, did an awesome job creating this space.

Ken sold his ownership at the end of the year. he knew something and should have share it with me. this facility has excellent equipment, but the most rude and unfriendly staff and membership of any gym I've ever been in. 6 months in, I wish i could withdraw. The owner is in a wheelchair and I ve a family member who's also in a wheelchair and spoke thinking we might have something in common. No. He's bitter, angry, rarely smiles, looks away if you try to even try to make eye contact He acts like I put him in that chair and he's doing me a favor by letting me use his gym. Ridiculous. The trainers are the most common people in the gym. Initally they speak to you in hopes you hire them and when you dont they blackball you. This is the most unfriendly gym I've ever attended and would leave if they would refund my remaining money. So disappointed. Just a a sespool of sadness. i regret joining. No way I would renew and im 2 blocks away. Awful people and i don't know how they are still in business.

Even if you park in the designated parking spot for gym members, you will still get a boot if you do not have a sign on your dashboard stating that you belong to the gym. I've been to this location numerous times for the past three years(never been my homebase) with no issues. I just worked out for 90 minutes and came out to a boot on my car. I called stating that I was a gym member, parked in the gym member spots, and can prove it. They said I needed a sign on my car and I questioned why because I've been parking there for years. The manager of the gym told me it's something that they just started because of the limited parking in that area. He pointed to an index card sized note next to the key fob on the window beside the entrance door. I never glanced at it because it did not catch my eye. He gave me a parking pass to show the booting company and they still charged me $75. No one will reimburse your money. If you go there during the day you'll get a boot so BE SURE TO GET A PARKING PASS FROM THE GYM'S FRONT DESK.
