If I had to do a 3-word review of Tops, it might be: "What Sara said." Having been a CHS alumni and…read moreall too familiar with "The Grand Union experience" of the past, as well as some other Tops markets, I was expecting the worst here. I did find a few redeeming qualities in the store. In fact, I'd prefer to shop here than some of the bigger chains with whom I have to deal, such as Stop & Shop. I came here at what could have been one of the worst shopping times - the morning before Thanksgiving, 2 hours before a blizzard was to arrive. There was no chaos, the shelves were well stocked. The produce was in good shape though the floor should have been swept. The employees are small-town friendly, because this is a small town and you get to know everybody. A lot of the prices are indeed way too high. This included some (but not all) produce, poultry, dairy, and soda. Over $2 for a 2-liter bottle of Tops own brand of soda? Fortunately, there are convenience stores in Corinth now, such as Stewart's and Cumberland Farms, where you can - and should - get a lot of these types of items cheaper. But I did find a few surprisingly good deals and loss-leaders among the overpriced stuff. Clearly you can pick and choose among these items to not spend a fortune. But if you're looking for a full cart's worth of groceries, you can probably drive to other grocery stores in the area and still come out ahead in the money you'd save on the groceries versus the cost of the gas.

For a local supermarket, Tops does a fine job. One could wish for a wider selection of meat and…read moresome fresh fish, but otherwise the variety of products is quite ample, the produce fresh and good quality, the store well laid out and well stocked, the personnel friendly and helpful, and the prices reasonable--with some really welcome low-priced special offers. Tops has come a long way from what it was when it originally opened, and it's now the store I most often go to--though I have to drive 10 minutes to get there.

My girlfriend and I…read morebecame friendly with Zach and his wife (I'm sorry I forgot her name :)) and they treated us to quite an experience. I wish I had taken more photos but the dips were out of this world - roasted carrot purée one in particular, and the beet dip was amazing too. Then Zach (Zack?) made these lamb skewers and halloumi skewers. The lamb was honestly like the lamb at Miznon it was so good. The cheese on the board, in addition to the Halloumi skewers, was also unreal. He made us something else special too but I can recall. All you have to know is it was gluten free, low carb, and bomb. Definitely looking into Oak & Honey catering that I myself hold in the future. Awesome experience. Shoutout !!!

We are both gluten free and randomly started chatting up the two in the kitchen. Turns out a lot of the food with protein was bread based so he whipped up an entire plate of food for us without bread, on endives and other not gluten varieties. The way they lay out the food is absolutely gorgeous and the hummus and dips are to die for. 10/10 would hire for all parties if I was rich
