Jonathan was incredibly patient, kind, and truly went out of his way to help us. Even though he only had about 30 minutes left on his shift, he didn't rush us at all. Jonathan and his shift supervisor worked together to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and we literally just left feeling very pleased. It meant even more because my son was celebrating his 13th birthday today, and thanks to Jonathan's excellent customer service, he left as a very happy shopper.
