There is plenty of room for you and your guests that makes your appt feel intimate and special. Morgan was the associate that helped me and she did a fantastic job. She's extremely personable, easy to speak with, pays attention and helps you guide yourself to the perfect dress. She was extremely patient and kind, I can't rave enough about how great she made this experience. This is an appointment required boutique. These can be made online and do require a CC to hold your spot. There is a cancelation/no show fee, but why would you want to cancel? Lol. I had purchased a wedding gown here and asked them to spot clean my dress for me. It took them over a month to "spot clean" my gown. When I came to pick it up the dress was damaged. They tried arguing with me saying the dress was already like that and it was not. I have photos in my dress showing those damaged were not there. I brought my dress to get altered by my lady and I'm stuck having to pay $750 plus tip to fix the damages they caused to my dress. I called the store and spoke with the manager about this & she refused to make the situation right. I even offered to buy a brand new dress and she would not even have it shipped using rush order for me. We spoke in February about this & she claimed I couldn't get a new dress in till July. My wedding is in June & I have no time to get a new dress & I have to pray that it can be fixed in alterations. My best friend's cousin got a dress here too and they ruined her wedding dress during Alterations. I should have listened and avoided this place completely. An experience that's supposed to be memorable turned out to be a nightmare. They robbed me of what should've been one of the most beautiful experiences A bride can go through. Save yourself the trouble & go to another bridal shop. Update: I am now being threatened by this company. They have been emailing and trying to make it seem like I am spreading lies and she's threatening me to go to the police. She also included in her email "We've also observed that you have been leaving negative and misleading reviews about us, which we believe do not accurately reflect the nature of the transaction. We respectfully ask that you address any concerns directly with us, as we feel these reviews are unfair and do not align with the facts of the situation." I have tried to have this issue resolved many times & they were not willing to help me which lead me here to leave a review about my experience. My right to freedom of speech is now apparently a crime. They consider my review "unfair" yet how I've been treated is totally fine & justifiable apparently. The fact a bridal store would treat a bride like this two months before her wedding is disgraceful. This just shows you they do not care about us & it's all about money. I visited Here Comes the Bride for my first wedding dress experience! The store had a mix of regular and size inclusive wedding dresses. When I arrived, we were offered water or mimosas while we shopped and tried on dresses! Our consultant kindly asked about my wedding details, how I met my fiancé, and what type of dress I envisioned for myself. She took the lead in pulling dresses for me to try on but was open when we made suggestions. When in the changing room, I would pull the dress off the hanger, slipped it on, then cracked the door open for the consultant to come in and clip me. There were about 6 areas for groups to have a semi-private experience. Each had mirrors, pedestals, and seating. There were four other brides from what I saw so dresses were getting pulled into rooms quickly. I tried on about 10-12 dresses at Here Comes the Bride before we ran out of options that were aligning with what I was looking for within my size range (I am considered a plus size bride). Overall, the dresses were a bit heavy for what I was looking for and was just missing the mark for being something I'd see myself in. They did have a large variety of price points, an on site alterations department, and a mothers of the bride section! I enjoyed my experience here but ended up not buying my dress here. read more

Reading all these positive reviews makes me wonder where the heck my daughter and I went shopping? We certainly were never asked if we wanted water, or a mimosa, my daughter absolutely was never celebrated and never was treated special in any way. We did end up buying a dress from HCTB because my daughter fell in love with the dress itself, but we were bitter that we had to buy it there - we wished one of the other boutiques carried the specific dress/designer and we could have given them our business. The experience was just very transactional. The consultant never introduced herself, barely talked to us, never offered us anything to drink. Then after we purchased, did not do anything "special" like take a picture in front of the "I said yes" wall, no, post on social media (I even sent them pictures to try to get them to acknowledge my daughter, she was not acknowledged whatsoever or made to feel special in any way - like most brides are and want to be when dropping thousands of dollars on a dress. We also inquired about timing on the dress and were told that it would "definitely arrive in time" even though we were only 9 months out from the wedding. Well fast forward to 2 months before the wedding, no dress, and no back up plan except to alter a size 14 down to my street size 0 daughter (6 in a wedding dress)! The dress ended up coming in time....phew...... So long review summary - this place has beautiful gowns, but don't expect to feel special about purchasing one, or treated special in any way - you will feel the same as trying a dress on in any old store, except the dresses are prettier and someone will probably help you zip or button it up! read more

*BEWARE* I ordered my wedding dress from this bridal store in January with a rush order, expecting things to be handled with care and attention given the short timeline. After waiting three months, I finally picked up my dress on April 17th--just five weeks before my wedding. When I went to try it on, I was devastated! The dress did not fit--it couldn't even zip/button all the way up. When the staff finally forced it closed, it was so unbelievably uncomfortable that I was in tears. I immediately regretted my decision to order from here, but with so little time left before my wedding, I felt stuck and heartbroken. To make matters worse, the manager only offered to alter the bust area in the back for free, even though they knew I had a seamstress already scheduled and would be meeting her later that evening. Since they wanted me to come back the next day first thing in the morning to see their seamstress, this would have required me to cancel my appointment with my seamstress that night and move things around. At this point, the absolute last thing I wanted to do was go back to that bridal store since I had been let down and no longer trusted them. When I was remeasured at the bridal store, my bust measurement hadn't changed--it was exactly the same as when I originally ordered the dress. She just apologized, showed me the measurement chart and claimed that I was the "perfect fit" for a size 2. That told me the issue wasn't with me--it was with the dress and how it was ordered or constructed. Feeling defeated, I left the store with my dress to rush off to my hair and makeup trial. Immediately after that, I rushed over to my seamstress. She reassured me that she would be able to work her magic, but was heartbroken by my devastation. This was a brand new dress that I paid more than I originally felt comfortable doing and now it needed modifications for me to be able to fit into it. After the initial heartbreak of picking up a wedding dress that didn't fit and my seamstress working her magic I went back to the bridal store hoping to speak with the manager and find a way to make things right. Instead, I was met with excuses and backpedaling. The manager told me that my waist was a half inch larger than when I ordered the dress, and claimed that somehow this minor difference caused the bust to be an inch and a half too small--which made no sense. It was clear to me that the issue was with the dress sizing, not my body, but she continued to blame me. She also insisted that she had offered to help take the dress out when I first picked it up--something that was never said. Not once during that appointment was that offer made. To hear her claim that now felt dismissive and dishonest. While money does not fix everything, a refund to some degree would have at least covered the extra alterations that now needed to be completed and helped with the copious amount of stress I was feeling with my wedding now four weeks away. I have been in tears every day since picking up my dress and no longer love it the way I did when I ordered it. Unfortunately, the manager was not helpful and/or willing to make the matter right. Instead of accountability or real support, I left feeling even more frustrated and disrespected. The entire experience has been incredibly disappointing during what should be one of the happiest times of my life. This was the most stressful and emotional part of my wedding planning. Of all the bridal boutiques that I visited so far, I had the worst experience here. Unlike other bridal boutiques where you are the only bride trying on dresses, this boutique has 4-5 other brides trying dresses at the same time, along with their guests. It felt too crowded to have a personalized experience. A few days before the appointment, I completed the store's questionnaire of the dress styles that I was interested in (sweetheart, lace, beading, long train, etc.) and the numbers/names of the dresses. I listed my preferences in the email, expecting that my consultant will prepare the dresses for my appointment or at least review my preferences. During the appointment, I repeated my preferences and my budget and my consultant picked dresses that were opposite of my preferences (sleeves, glitter, tulle, etc.) She did not even make suggestions of how to personalize the dress to my preferences upon alterations, unlike other consultants at other boutiques. My future mother in law asked her if we could try any of the sample dresses off the rack and she said none of the dresses matched my preferences. I asked to try Martina Liana and she said that those dresses were out of my budget ranging at $3,000-$4,000. I find this odd because she found a Martina Liana dress that she quoted for $1,400, which I thought was a great deal. While I tried on another dress, she came back and told us that it was $2,400. She changed the price AGAIN and told us that it was $2,000. It felt shady that she changed the price of the dress THREE times. She also told me that the prices were "marked up" because of COVID. I tried on another Martina Liana dress which I loved but it was out of my budget. She quoted the price as $3,600. None of the dresses had a price written on the tag so do your research before considering buying a dress here. At the end of the visit, I asked if she could write down the dress style and the price in case I would return to buy the dresses that I liked. She told me "I'm not allowed to do that." I visited other bridal boutiques where they graciously wrote down the price, the name/style of the dress, designer, and even pictures of the dress on the model in the case I make my decision of buying the dress at a later time. I looked up the $3,600 dress online, which had a retail value of $3,000-$3,100, and even cheaper sale price of $ 2,450 online. I felt like my consultant was trying to take advantage of me when she changed the price of the dress 3 times ($1,000 difference) and quoted the other dress for $3,600 when the retail was $3,000. I felt discouraged, uncomfortable, disregarded, and not listened to during my experience. I will gladly take my $2,000 to another bridal boutique where I feel valued as a customer. read more

Tried on dresses here today, it was my first bridal appointment. My stylist was super helpful and she was running up and down the store to find beautiful gowns in the budget I gave her. Every dress that I did or didn't like, she was so helpful and supportive to find what I did and didn't like to make the next dress a better fit. I had a wonderful experience at Here Comes the Bride when I purchased my wedding gown. I made an appointment online and it was very easy. They actually had a decent amount of openings and I ended up going with a Sunday. When I arrived for my appointment, I felt very welcomed and received a lot of individual attention. My consultant, Olivia, was awesome. She asked all the right questions and pulled really great samples. My favorite part about Here Comes the Bride would have to be their wide range of sample sizes. I'm a street size 14, and went to a different bridal boutique before HCTB. My experience there was ok, but all of their sample sizes were very small and I couldn't get the right visual of myself since nothing fit even close to where it should be. At HCTB, they actually had sizes where they actually had to clip me in versus squeeze me in. That's a huge plus! It was much easier to actually picture my wedding day when I saw myself with a better fit. Olivia was awesome at helping me visualize every dress. If it didn't fit right in the bust, she would squeeze and hold long enough for me to check myself out in the mirror. That girl knows what she's doing. For a 60 minute appointment, I felt like it was very efficient. I must have tried on 15 dresses, plus my 3 favorites at the end. In the end I said yes to a dress and I've never been happier! The alterations were very easy to deal with for me personally. We ended up purchasing bridesmaids dresses at HCTB as well, and some of my girls had some issues. But in the end, HCTB went above and beyond to make sure the girls were taken care of and they communicated with me every step of the way. I really wanted to love this store, but the more time that passes, the more upset I am by the experience. The store itself was very pretty, light, open, and airy. After my appointment being canceled in April and May due to Covid, I was so excited to get in and start shopping last week. My attendant was named Erin. According to their website, she has been a bridal consultant for 4 years. I hope that she was just having an off day. I was so discouraged after my appointment with her that I cried and almost didn't want to go to my next appointment at another store. Upon walking in, Erin didn't even ask what kind of dress I was looking for. She didn't ask the theme of my wedding, or any questions, really. I had included a few dresses I was looking for in my original email and she said that she had pulled them. From there, she started pulling similar dresses. At all the other stores I've been to, I've walked around with my attendant and we've talked about the wedding and what I want as they pull out dresses for me to look at. Never once did Erin offer this. As I tried on dresses, Erin barely spoke. Any conversation we had, I initiated. It seemed like she didn't even want to be there. She showed no emotion at all. When I would walk out to show the current dress to my mom, sister, and best friend, she would just walk away or turn her back. Or, she would stand there not speaking. Any small detail that I might not have seen, my guests would point out to me. Throughout the appointment, I felt very rushed. My guests were even offered mimosas, but I was not. I had to ask if I could have one. Toward the end of the appointment, I started getting a little flustered. I felt rushed, overheating (the mask didn't help, but of course, I know I had to have it on), and anxious. I was torn between two similar styles but just couldn't find a dress that I really loved. Erin proceeded to make a comment, "Maybe you should just come back when you know what you want." I don't believe she meant it in a rude way, but after the way the appointment had gone, I definitely took it that way. I hurried and got dressed and left the fitting room. It was at this point I finally asked, "Is it okay if I browse a bit and see if there's anything that stands out that you didn't pull?" I still didn't even know all the dresses in their selection! Just what Erin had thought I wanted. She shrugged and said, "Sure." My guests and I walked around for a bit while I drank the mimosa I had also finally asked for. We also checked out the bridesmaids' dresses (which looked very dingy, shoved all the way in the back of the store.) After browsing for a few minutes, we left the store. Overall, my experience was not good. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I did not feel like a bride and I was not excited to be there. And by the time I left, I wasn't even excited to get married, because I felt like I was the problem. I would maybe recommend this store to another bride. However, I would not recommend Erin as a consultant. Again, I hope she was just having a bad day. But her behavior was the last thing I would expect from someone helping a woman plan one of the biggest and most important days of her life. read more

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING was my experience at Here Comes the Bride!!! I had been to many different Bridal Shops searching for my dream wedding gown, but had no luck! I knew what I wanted, but just couldn't seem to find it out there. I went into HCTB with my vision and the team told me we can do it for you! I was so happy! We worked together to make my dream dress come to life! They helped me find the perfect style gown and then we added all the other details I wanted! Crystals, tulle, sweetheart neck, longer train, everything! The whole TEAM at HCTB was fantastic to work with, just all around great people! Era is EXCEPTIONAL at her job! She is such a pleasure to work with and was with me through the whole process, sharing with me the excitement for my dress! I can't say enough about how wonderful she is at her job and as a person! UDPATED REVIEW: Initially after I had gotten my dress here I was extremely wary of how the alterations took place. However, the owner did contact me twice by phone and then by email. I didn't have time to call her back or answer her last text, so she took the time to write me a nice email explaining their business practices, alterations, and how they do not price out the alterations. I am glad she took the time to reach out to me and you can tell that she does care for her business greatly. They are accommodating so if anyone is having issues, I would definitely reach out to them and ask to speak to someone. Again, the only issue I have at this point is the price of the alterations and the actual alterations. My dress, on the sides, did appear to poke out. Despite this, my dress was beautiful but it definitely is a bit distracting in my opinion. From my original review I also wrote: Everyone is lovely and accepting. I had a great time with my bridal fitting and everything else. I love their new shop and it is very open. I love that they have little events. Overall, I had a good experience. I still agree with this sentiment. Now that I feel a lot more comfortable and know that they aren't doing anything "under the table," I am much more comfortable in my experience. I wouldn't change anything except the actual alterations. Wedding planning can be overwhelming (even the 10% of the planning that was trusted to me was stressful lol) however this part of it, according to my wife, was actually enjoyable. According to her, they had a great selection, though she already had a good idea of her dream dress and was easily accommodated. The alterations were spot on and my bride looked ravishing. The owner of HCTB even came to our reception to bustle my bride and couldn't have been nicer to us during a somewhat stressful moment. I recently had a bit of trouble with alterations at Here Comes the Bride. I was initially frustrated with what I thought was an unexpected fee for alterations. I was expecting to pay for alterations, but we were not expecting to pay $650. As it turns out, the flat rate for alterations was $550 and we had not looked closely at the contract. That being said, I was contacted by the owner, Rose, and she was VERY gracious in resolving my frustrations. I love my dress, and they have an excellent selection!! My review in a sentence: This place is no-nonsense and the staff is pretty down to Earth. Definitely not the luxurious, fairy-tale, special experience that you expect or dream about when going shopping for your wedding dress. The fitting rooms are drab and sterile and the main area is unappealing. Maybe I was spoiled in the exposed brick, feminine ruffles and tissue paper flowers that adorned the walls of other boutiques like Crystal Bride, Veiled in Elegance (Geneva) and BHLDN. Okay, so visually not the most appealing shop, which is completely forgivable but the service during the shopping portion left something to be desired. Hadi assisted my mom and I and I'm not sure if she was rushed or preoccupied but she was not giving good feedback or really grasping what I was trying to tell her I wanted/didn't want. She was nice enough, don't get me wrong but we just got a general feeling here that the ladies don't really care that you found THE DRESS. Perhaps from doing this day in and day out, they have lost that genuine excitement and enthusiasm? :( All that being said, I bought a great dress at the usual mark-ed up insane bridal price. I loved it. This shop will get the job done but don't expect a luxurious memory. I brought my sister here to shop for bridesmaids dresses and we were very excited and had just left a different boutique. Mind you she is "plus size", about a 16. CAMILLE was our consultant and never asked her what size she was. She pulled sizes that were 10 or 12 and never looked to see if there were similar ones in plus size. Expecting someone to squeeze into a much smaller size is rude, inconsiderate and exclusive. They have a very slim plus size collection which is its own issue but it was the fact she wasn't felt comfortable in the process. Also I asked for VELVET dresses and we were only given one. When I asked if they had more, CAMILLE said no. Then suddenly the manager brought out 3 more velvet dresses. We didn't feel welcome and shouldn't have just because we wanted plus sizes. My experience was nothing short of amazing. From the point that I first contacted Here Comes the Bride to the day I picked up my dress. It was welcoming to walk in and know I wasn't going to have to spend an obscene amount of money to look like a million dollars. The dress selection was wonderful as they had many designers and styles. It did help that I knew I wanted to be an Allure bride. I was torn on two dresses but they helped me with making the decision. My veil was different than I had expected to like being a bubble veil which complimented the dress nicely. As my dress had lace and crystals throughout the veil they paired with the dress was spot on. As it didn't hide any detail of the dress in the back. I decided to add sleeves to the dress as I wasn't sure how the weather was going to be having a wedding in October. The alterations were flawless and everyone thought the sleeves were a part of the dress. If you are in the Addison area and have a chance to stop at Here Comes the Bride I would highly recommend. Here Comes the Bride was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Rose, who also took care of my sister for her wedding, took the vague description of what I wanted and found my perfect dress. I did not want to settle for a dress and the moment she helped me get into mine I knew it was the one. I felt absolutely stunning in it and loved every detail. I walked in that night not thinking or knowing that I was walking out of the store with one of the most important purchases for my big day. The fitting process was seamless and the staff was always patient and kind. They even added two very special patches to my dress. One was gifted from my sister/MOH and the other was a patch from Bear Paddle Swim School where Josh and I met. That little touch for my "something blue" made my dress even more special. This place is amazing ! After going to 2 other different shops and not finding anything I was getting frustrated.... the place was cute and the energy was so bride friendly ! ( I wish I remembered the names 2 girls that helped me I know one of them was her first day there ) nonetheless they knew EXACTLY! What I was looking for , respected my budget and were not pushy at all. They took their time, they allowed my mom, sister and maid of honor to pick out dresses for me. . Just when I thought I was going to walk out without a dress - the girl who helped me picked a dress and 10 mins later I said YES to the dress ! It was a huge celebration not just for me but all the staff and other brides all celebrated with me which I loved ! Definitely recommend this place read more

Finding my wedding dress was not as easy as I expected and I don't know what I would have done without HCTB! As someone who doesn't dress up often, I found wedding dress shopping a little overwhelming at first. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but after going to a few salons, I became overwhelmed and unsure I would be able to make a decision. However the team at HCTB was great. They were able to help me narrow down my choices and listened to my feedback, and with some encouragement from my sister, I decided on a dress that was the opposite of what I had initially thought I wanted (a Stella York soft ball gown). It was the perfect balance of whimsy and comfort I was looking for and was beautiful , while still being within my budget. My dress ended up coming in months ahead of schedule so I could pick it up early, and they were flexible about where I got it altered, a huge plus because I live out of state. I ended up deciding to do alterations there anyway because I couldn't find an alterations shop I trusted as much as HCTB and I'm so glad I did. The alterations were fairly priced and the team did a BEAUTIFUL job making sure my dress looked just right. My only feedback would be that the alterations team is only on site Sundays and Thursdays, and given that I wasn't flying in until the Tuesday before my wedding, I had to pick up my dress two days beforehand, which left little wiggle room if something didn't fit right! Fortunately, everything fit fine, but I would suggest they offer more days for appointments. I found my wedding dress at HCTB. Erin was my consultant, and she was extremely polite, responsive to my tastes, and respectful of my budget. She brought out multiple dresses that were all contenders, and I had a hard time narrowing down my choices! Erin made suggestions for veils and accessories that fit my budget and look really well. After ordering my dress, there were some shipping delays, but the staff at HCTB were courteous and flexible. They covered the rush fees for my alterations to make sure I was ready in time for the big day. Rudi was my alterations seamstress, and she was incredible. Her comments and suggestions made it clear that she is an expert seamstress with plenty of experience. The dress looked amazing on my wedding day, and most importantly, I felt amazing in it! read more
