the food is unbelievable for a hidden gem ! Great for locals and hotel guests. ambiance is very chill, better than eating outside! Service is great Tami is the best!

    Burnt, greasy and disgusting

Worst pizza and service in Naples. Tried this place out on Saturday November 26th at around 4pm. The Ohio State game had ended and there was only one table occupied and no one at the bar except for myself and my wife. Tried engaging with the female bartender but we were basically ignored the entire meal. Never offered refills or asked how the pizza was. There was another lady behind the bar that might have been a manager. She was wearing a sweater and never even looked our way. She and the bartender were having a nice conversation though while ignoring their paying customers. The pizza is GARBAGE! Check out the photo. We ordered slightly well done pizza with half anchovies and half mushrooms. The bottom of the pizza was BURNT (photo) and the rest of the crust was undercooked! That only happens when the dough is too thick and the oven is too hot. Result is a bottom burnt pizza with still uncooked dough at the edges. The pizza was soggy, greasy and just simply disgusting. (photo) Here is an interesting fact: Pepperoni is the number one item for pizza topping in this country. This place actually CHARGES A PREMIUM FOR PEPPERONI! Yep, they list the price of each of their toppings, and pepperoni is listed as a "premium" topping and they charge more for pepperoni than they do for regular toppings. Not sure how this place gets good ratings? Looks to me like it is failing and the staff and management don't care about their product or service. We are local to Park Shore but we will not come back to this place and will definitely dissuade others from wasting their time and money on such a shoddy establishment. If you want a truly good pizza travel a few miles north to New York Pasta and Pizza. The pizza is outstanding, they don't try to rip you off and the service is much better. This Vesuvios simply stinks.

Never been to this place, found it online and decided to try it out based on the reviews. Pizza was great!! Fresh, great flavor and cooked perfectly! We'll go back again!

Vesuvio's Special Pizza 12in. Perfect for one person. It has six slices and I got three servings out of it

Best pizza I've ever had. Not so appealing on inside especially bathroom. But it was the best pizza ive ever had.

    Absolutely delicious!!!

We ordered the Vesuvio's Special 18" Pizza and it was amazing. The sauce has such a great flavor and all of the toppings taste very fresh. It had lots of onions which I love!!! Can't wait to come back.

Open: 11:00AM I have called 4 times since they "opened" today, Tuesday May 16th and no one has picked up the phone.

Very good pizza. Crust was excellent. There are some tables there, but the actual restaraunt seating area is very small.

Although the restaurant is small, the flavor is big! The menu has a good variety of pizza, calzone, salads and even a few subs. The pizza with the cauliflower crust was interesting and so was the Sicilian, but we decided on the usual pepperoni. This was a great choice, the flavors were balanced and the crust is true New York style, both crusty and chewy. It's one of the best pizza crusts I've found in Naples, IMO New York crusts make the best pizza. Service was fast and the staff is great, it's obvious they make a lot of pizzas here and know their stuff. If you like New York style pizza, this is a place to check out.

From the moment we sat down, the energy and ambiance set the tone -- lively, authentic, and exactly what you hope for in a great Italian spot. The food was exceptional across the board. The chicken parm was perfectly prepared, the carbonara rich and authentic, and the chicken piccata balanced beautifully with bright, fresh flavors. Every dish felt like it was made with real care and tradition. Dessert took it to another level -- the gelato was fantastic, but the real highlight was the tableside homemade tiramisu, which was both impressive and absolutely delicious. A perfect ending... until the espresso martinis arrived. Smooth, well-crafted, and honestly some of the best we've had. What truly made the night unforgettable was the service. Leonardo -- straight from Amalfi, Italy -- delivered one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, he elevated the entire evening. Great food, incredible service, and an outstanding vibe. We'll absolutely be back.

The atmosphere is cozy with warm lighting, making it a good spot to relax and enjoy a meal. There is also a bar area with TVs, which felt a little different from the typical Italian vibe, but it did not take away from the experience. Service was friendly, but it was a busy Saturday night and you could definitely feel it. Everything moved a bit slower, and we had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for the check at the end because our server was not around. We started with the meatballs in red sauce and really enjoyed them. Simple, flavorful, and a great appetizer to share. One thing I was not expecting was being charged for the bread. It was fresh and good, but it is not something I usually associate with Italian restaurants. For the main course, we had the cacio e pepe. The flavor was there, but the sauce was a bit too liquid for my preference. It is a difficult dish to get right, and while it was good, I think it could have been a little better. The tiramisu was absolutely the highlight. The balance between the cream and the ladyfingers was spot on, and it ended up being my favorite thing we ordered. Overall, good location, nice atmosphere, and solid food. The tiramisu is the one thing I would absolutely come back for.
