We now have a new puppy and a new Dr, Dr Taylor who must have bought the business she was pleasant and did not push products on us. She was honest. I called Dr. Hedges, and at 10 pm that night he met me at his clinic, at treated Chewy with fluids, pain medication, and antibiotics. He had so much compassion, I was and am so grateful. I'm happy to report Chewy is fine now. I'm pretty sure Dr Hedges saved my dog's life that night. All the support staff at Brighton are just as exceptional as Dr Hedges. The care was good both times, but it's still $100 for a basic check up, and both times it took a long time to be seen. So a 5 minute visit with the vet ended up taking an hour, just with the waiting. That part needs to be improved.

I then went to Victoria vet hospital from a friends recommendation and they were beyond helpful and considerate. They did more work on my dog and it only costed 750 total! I'll never again use Apache animal hospital. !!! My dog has had to have over half her teeth removed and it was preventable if they were more about the customer service and the pets they say they are there to help.
