Low and behold, he's a Menifee resident himself and a military veteran. He was incredibly responsive and thorough from start to finish. We initially reached out mid-week one week and he was here performing the job by the weekend. He ended up doing a few things for us: pest abatement (spikes, netting around the base of our panels, etc.), panel cleaning, and a general roof clean-up.
