False alarm. This time I hired them for a gutter cleaning, which they did a superior job. Those…read moregutters hadn't been cleaning in at least a decade and now they are virtually spotless. Although I would say Rain Solutions are great for a removal or new install for gutters, they fall short in the following areas. 1. Looking for more work than requested. They wanted to add gutters to my garage and suggested all new gutters to the whole house to replace the old 4" gutters. 2. Did not do a ground clean up after they were finished. We called the owner, who was present to take pre and post pictures of the gutters, and he said he wanted to show the debris areas to his workers, but we had already cleaned up our property. This means he had to have seen the condition of the cleaning debris if he was present taking post picture of the completed work. I'm familiar with this pattern of work practices. It wasn't just a "hey, sometime in the future, you might want to replace these gutters, they're looking a bit rough." This was a "hey you need this and that and new this and that, here's a quote in addition to the cleaning if you'd like us to do that." I can't stand crews that don't clean the mess that they made. I'm not expecting the house to be washed down, but there shouldn't be scattered dirt, "sand" and moldy leaves all over the sidewalks, hedges, trees and patio furniture. And I won't tolerate flat out lying when the owner was present during completion of the work. But if you're not bothered by being upsold and feel that crews shouldn't clean up after themselves caused by their work, and have the income to not be bugged by this, then I highly recommend this company. He did not connect three down spouts because the drains were plugged. He told my brother-in-law that he would connect the down spouts for no extra charge ounce I fixed the drains. After getting new drains installed I called him back to connect the down spouts. After connecting the down spouts which took him twenty minutes to do he charged me an additional $255 (cash). After reminding him that he stated he finish the down spouts at no additional costs he stated here is your receit.

Oscar and Angelica explained the work to be done helped me chose colors to match the house and trim and gave me a written estimate at that same time. I felt that they were honest and very competent. Their price was fair. I had two other estimates done as well. Since I felt so comfortable with them I called them back to take a look at my roof. I had a leak during the heavy rain. They came and Oscar climbed on the roof and spent a lot of time looking over and under the clay tile. As he told Angelica what he thought and found she explained it to me. I got 4 other estimates for the roof and their price was in the middle. But because I felt Oscar was knowledgeable, really looked to find the problem. I decided to go with them for the gutters and roof project. They scheduled for a week later showed up on time worked hard, took pictures of what they found under the tile and roofing paper and took after pictures and gave them all to me.
