The lady tending bar was friendly and attentive, and she deserved for me to remember her name. All and all, it was a pleasant experience for a visiting veteran and I have no reservations recommending local vets join and visiting vets visit and share the camaraderie of a friendly group who seemed genuinely interested.

I literally almost missed the parking entrance into the parking lot. But once inside. It's really nice and spacious. Definitely a great place to host parties, wedding and other functions. There were a lot of security at the event. The lightings at the stage were really nice and beautifully lit. Lots of parking available. Just wished there were more lighting outside the building or a nice sign instead of a banner to showcase the venues name LumColor. The entrance to the venue is towards the end of the parking lot at the side. So could easily be missed.

You need to be an Elk member to enjoy the amenities of the lodge - food, drinks, special events,…read morefundraisers, and RV parking. But, you can rent out various rooms in the lodge - huge banquet room (200+), another smaller room (70 people), and the outdoor covered tent area. The chef provides very tasty food for events. The Event/Banquet Manager works efficiently and is very helpful with clients wanting to the book the space. We used the banquet room for a 50th Class Reunion. There were 160 attendees. We used the stage for our DJ, and although most of the space was for tables and chairs, we still had a small area for dancing. And the auxiliary space was used for our photo booth. There is bar in the banquet room and the bartenders were great with keeping the drinks flowing for the attendees. Attached is a photo of the stage before we decorated and the other photo is an evening out in the tent - strings of lights help create the perfect ambiance for dinner with a band.
