Under new owners called Xopic banquets &events…read more I recently hosted my daughter's quinceañera at this venue. While the event itself turned out beautifully, the planning process and venue organization caused a significant amount of unnecessary stress. Initially, planning with Evelyn was great. We discussed setup times, table settings, chargers, napkins, and other event details, and we had originally been told we would have access to the venue on Thursday to set up. However, the week before the event our contact changed to one of the owners, and we were asked for information that had already been provided. We were also informed that Thursday was no longer available for setup and had to rearrange our schedules to come on Wednesday instead. Unfortunately, when we arrived for our scheduled setup, nothing had been prepared. Tables, linens, and place settings weren't ready, and items from the previous event were still in the venue. Because setup time is already very limited, this prevented us from completing everything we had planned. Future clients should also know that this is a second-floor venue, and you are responsible for bringing up all of your own bar supplies. We weren't told until two days before the event that no carts would be available, so thankfully we brought our own dollies. The owner did ask what still needed to be done after we explained the situation, and the team completed most of those items before our final walkthrough. I appreciated that effort. Another important thing to know is that the venue also has its own event planning and decorating business. If you choose to bring in your own vendors or decorate yourself, your setup time is extremely limited unless you pay additional fees for early access. We arranged our own flowers and had to pay extra just to drop them off ahead of time. We also hired The Habit Burger food truck for our event. We had to set up our own cones to reserve parking, and when the truck arrived, it didn't fit in the location the venue had instructed us to use. Fortunately, one of the owners helped resolve the issue and even told my husband that the team should have already had the parking area prepared before the truck arrived. The biggest issue was on the day of the event. I arrived around 4:20 p.m. for photos before our 5:00 p.m. guest arrival, and the air conditioning in the hallways and restrooms was not workin it was over 95 degrees outside. We had several ADA guests who needed to use the restrooms, making this especially uncomfortable. About 3.5 hrs into the event, one of the owners arrived with fans, and guests were eventually directed to another restroom that did have air conditioning. We also had an issue with the security guard, who was speaking inappropriately to some of our minor guests. We immediately reported it to the venue staff. I do want to recognize the bartender, cleaning staff, and event lead. They were professional, kind, and worked hard throughout the evening to help wherever they could. Overall, the venue itself is beautiful, and our daughter's quinceañera was a wonderful celebration. However, there were too many communication issues, last-minute changes, and preventable problems leading up to and during the event. I hope the venue improves its organization and communication because it has the potential to provide a much smoother experience for future clients.

Our event was scheduled for June 21 2025, and Ismaella failed to inform me that her venue was shutting down until only 10 days before the event. Ten days before such an important milestone is unacceptable. She did attempt to find an alternative location at the last minute, but it was nowhere near accommodating for my family. Despite how devastating this was, I gave her grace and understanding, knowing the closure was out of her control. Ismaella told me she would refund the $2,000 I had already paid. However, after months of zero communication, I still have not received my refund nor any follow-up. Being understanding was met with silence. This experience caused unnecessary stress, heartbreak, and financial loss during what should have been a joyful time for my daughter. I would not recommend based on the lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through. Ismaella, contact me to do the right thing and return what is rightfully ours $2,000!!!!

Despite it being a smaller venue, we were still able to have a DJ, dance floor, and taco man. With that, 65 guests was pushing the limit so I think if you're planning a party with more people this venue would not be for you. Other than that, this venue was awesome and made it very easy for my first time throwing a party. Wish I took more pictures but you can definitely do a lot with the space.

PART 1 We rented…read morethe Manor Room for my daughter's wedding because we were on a budget, and their pricing seemed affordable. They also gave us the impression that they were willing to work with us financially. From the beginning, one of the biggest issues we experienced was that the information we were given repeatedly changed throughout the planning process. We made a point to ask questions and clarify details before making decisions because we wanted to avoid surprises. We relied on the information we were given, only to later be told something different. Ava was assigned as our point of contact. Unfortunately, we found ourselves repeatedly having to clarify details, only for the answers to change later. We chose to rent the venue without catering but hired their bartender service because Ava specifically told us that everything for the bar would be provided and that we only needed to bring the alcohol and mixed drinks. Based on that information, we booked their bartender. During our final consultation one month before the wedding, we were then told that we would actually need to provide virtually everything ourselves, including bar tools, supplies, garnishes, and possibly even ice because they weren't sure whether their ice machine would be working. Since this was completely different from what we had originally been told, we canceled their bartender and hired an outside bartending service that supplied everything we needed. This resulted in an unexpected additional expense. When I requested a credit for the bartender we were no longer using because the information had changed, I was told no because we had supposedly received "special pricing" to fit our budget. During that same consultation, we added the plates, goblets, and silverware package. Ava showed us samples of the linens, runners, and dinner napkins for us to choose from. Since they didn't have the runner color we wanted, we purchased our own runners and only used their tablecloth overlays. Later, when I followed up, I was told the dinner napkins were not actually included but that they would "throw them in" at no charge. This was confusing because we had already been asked to select the napkins during our consultation. Once again, the information we were given changed after decisions had already been made. We also requested an additional hour for setup, which cost another $60. Considering we received no credit for canceling the bartender we were no longer using because the information had changed, every additional charge became increasingly frustrating. On the day of the wedding, we arrived at 3:00 p.m. to begin unloading and decorating and immediately noticed the sweetheart table had already been set up even though it was visibly warped in the middle. Ava was unavailable that day, so I contacted James, whom I had originally communicated with. The staff replaced the table, but it was disappointing that it had been placed in the venue knowing it was damaged. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. We soon discovered water leaking from the men's restroom area and water coming up through the venue's laminate flooring. While setting up behind the buffet, we lifted a black floor mat and found numerous paper towels underneath that were completely soaked. We also noticed water seeping up through the middle of the dance floor. When we reported this to the office staff, we were told it "might have been from the ice machine the night before" and that they had only noticed it that day. This explanation raised several concerns. If there had been an event the previous evening, wouldn't the cleanup staff have noticed the leak? If they knew about it that morning, why wasn't it repaired before our event? Why were soaked paper towels already hidden underneath the mat if this had only just been discovered? Based on what we observed, it was difficult to believe this was a problem they had just become aware of. We expressed our concerns because the wet floor posed a serious slipping hazard for our guests. Rather than acknowledging those concerns or discussing a reasonable solution, we were told we had only two options approximately 30 minutes before our ceremony was scheduled to begin: Reschedule the wedding so they could fix the problem, or Allow them to place wet floor signs throughout the venue while staff continuously dried the floor. The office staff also repeatedly referenced the Force Majeure clause in the contract as though it relieved them of responsibility. However, their own contract states that Force Majeure applies to situations such as natural disasters, fires, government restrictions, labor disputes, civil unrest, or other events beyond their reasonable control.

I…read morecompletely sought out venues very late for my daughter's first birthday (a month before her birthday!) and I found Insta Party Spot on Yelp. I made a quick tour appointment on the site and was able to be seen a few days after I made my appointment. Andrew was our coordinator he was so fantastic with great customer service, from picking out our theme colors, chairs, types of tables, lighting, and he even sent out our quote the same day we toured the venue. He did let me know that there was a party planned for the evening time of the same day I needed (I requested a morning time), our times were from 10am-3pm. He sent out reminders through out the month from deposit reminders to full payment to asking last questions about the party. My estimate of attendees were 60 but then quickly jumped to 100 in the matter of 2 weeks and Andrew swiftly recommended a few changes to accommodate fitting everyone in the venue. Our two amazingly wonderful hosts assigned to us on party day were Alexandra and Danielle. These wonderful women were so great with helping us set up and suggested placement of decorations, fine tuned last minute touches, made the dessert table and the seating tables look great alongside with my mom and best friends. They even had all the tables and chairs ready with the requested linen before we even got there! The taco man (which Insta Party Spot had as a recommendation and a partner catering) was outside getting the taco meat ready. I requested the taco man to start serving at noon and they were ready at that time on the dot. I even hired a soft play company, and the hosts left a 13x13 spot for it and set the tables accordingly. Everything went so smoothly, the venue and hosts were amazing, the tacos were delicious and was perfect for the amount of people we had. I cannot rave about this place enough, absolutely great. We hope to have another party with you guys again. Thank you Insta Party Spot. My daughter had such a great time! Alexandra and Danielle, you both were such a delight to have.
