I've taken the photos to give you the count. Don't forget Raley's Pharmacy at Nob Hill and Wells Fargo Bank. I came here to meet up with my guys, formerly locals who moved out during the pandemic. They were in town and this strip mall has easy access off 101 Holly Street exit. Close to high tech firms and near walking or running trails along the shores of the lagoon towards the bay. i've been here a few times, mainly to park and run along the redwood shores bay trail which runs…read morebehind this shopping center, along the bay and slough. there's quite a few popular local businesses here, including: *starbucks *bagel st. cafe *nob hill foods (formerly raley's) *gnc *orange theory fitness *bank of america *wells fargo there's a ton of restaurants here as well, many of which have outdoor seating so customers can enjoy some fresh air and views of the bay. parking here is plentiful, especially in the morning, weekday or weekend, and i've never had a problem getting rockstar parking, up close and personal to where i need to go. conveniently located near 101 & holly and the san carlos airport.

I decided it was best to park on the roof and take the escalator down to ground level.....right to the restaurant! While I was there, I walked around to see what the indoor mall was like. It's a nice shopping mall with a variety of shops, restaurants, and services. The North Mall has a huge "Dining Terrace" which includes an outdoor patio with fire pits. I like the hand washing area. I heard stories that the owners of the mall want to tear down the enclosed mall and build a mixed use open air mall. The plan is yet to be approved. I like Hillsdale Mall the way it is.

I have enclosed the photos of different. They are beautiful and lovely . There are huge parking lots around the shops , free Wi Fi and public restrooms. In the morning it is quiet , many coffee shops and breakfast places are open . The sky is blue and the sun is not too much at 9 am . We got some nice breeze and 65 F outside . It is perfect . Enjoy the garden walk and the plants and landscape are lovely.

An entire year here and I literally see no one buying anything in any of the stores, regardless of the season. It feels very pretentious. Each store, each window has the same exact thing - no color, no life. Each store equally more expensive than the next. I have come to learn that the building owners sought a "vision" and pushed out previous stores here to have what it does now. Each store front pushes mute colors, I walk into a store $600 for the most boring top I have ever seen, and this carries on through each and every store here. Not to mention, a lot of the stores push concerning stereotypes and visions of women's bodies. There's a select few stores I love here, Outerknown (you are awesome) and Aesop, are what keeps me coming back - other than that, it's a sad shopping experience and I actually really enjoy shopping at a lot of malls. Sad, uninspiring. This mall is now pushing sad and concerning shopping and fashion culture. This is unrealistic, false expectation setting. It is deplorable.

I typically do drive up pickup at Safeway. They have a Chase Bank and so many options to choose from to eat. This place used to feel kind of sketch to me, just like the vibe. It doesn't feel inviting to me, but I guess it's because people who go here are always in a rush... rush to go to work or home.. A lot of times, people you pass by are grumpy. Sometimes, you do see some homeless or transient people but think it's kind of a given since Cal Train is there.

No complaints of the Target either. Just a weird setup. Everything is very spread out. No cashiers. That seems to be the norm these days. Now the parking lot is the problem. It's a "human petting zoo" of sewer rats who are coughing up a load while they hang out there. There has to be somewhere else more exciting the children can go so customers can get in & out of their cars without that element!

Walk in because for your love of imported food items and grab a few alcohols just because you can. Found some Dr Oetker food products and imported candy from Japan. Endless novelty items from Bob Ross calendars to Bob Ross canned drinks. Anybody would love to fin Bob Ross in their stocking on Christmas day. Some more stores like Wine and More and Marshalls and Ross are present. There is probably something for everybody here.

I'm almost eight months pregnant, and while walking to my car, I stepped on a huge bump in the concrete--likely caused by tree roots. The raised area was dangerously uneven, and I ended up rolling my ankle badly. I was immobile for weeks and am still recovering. Thankfully, I caught myself by grabbing onto my car, but this could have been much worse for me and my baby. This is a serious safety hazard that should be addressed as soon as possible to prevent future injuries.

Okay, so the reason for my review is that I think it's high time this place got a serious overhaul! This place is in such a GREAT location and is HUGELY under-utilized for the area it's in! The Plaza is adjacent to a residential area filled with people who I'm sure would welcome better shopping choices so close to home. Here are my thoughts. Lucky's, Michael's, RiteAid, PetFood Express, Beauty Avenue, Great Clips, nail place - they should all stay. Round Table can stay, but it needs a serious(!!) overhaul to make it more inviting. All the other restaurants should stay. Ross can go because it's about the worst Ross ever, but whatever - stay, go - meh. (But replace it with a Nordstrom Rack and I'm there!) The owners of this property should SERIOUSLY think about putting in some more interesting, slightly upscale stores. Nothing too obnoxious and snobby, but certainly something more interesting to drive more customers to the location. No, it shouldn't be turned into your typical strip mall, with all of the annoying chain stores - and God forbid it starts to resemble Sequoia Station (ick!) or Mervyn's Plaza. But a nice variety of useful and intersting stores would be good. We don't really need any more restaurants. That seems to be what goes into most places undergoing revitalization without other fun stores to drive foot traffic (think downtown RWC). It just needs an interesting variety of stores that will bring in more more customers and make people want to walk around a bit instead of just running into their particular store of choice and leaving. Some suggestions - think of downtown San Carlos (and maybe even a little Burlingame and Palo Alto) and fill in from there. How about a shoe store, kitchen goods/gadgets, hobby shop, games/puzzles, bakery, coffee place, specialty stores, etc. The possibilities are endless. So, please Woodside Plaza owners, raise your vision for this place. It can be so much more!
