Back in…read morethe day, like 10 years ago, they actually used to have a lot more designer shoe options. Like I'm talking really expensive designer at a fraction of the cost. I haven't seen designer shoes at this location for years now. It's unfortunate because that was one of my favorite aspects of shopping here. Now the only "designer" items, if you can call it that, they carry, are Kate Spade and Dooney and Bourke bags (which are hilariously kept locked in a glass case). I've seen the random higher end like Tiffany's keychain and Valentino sunglasses. But you're hard pressed to find any high-end designer items at this location. They do have a fabulous home section, though. Pillows and towels and decorative knickknacks at this location. And they actually do carry some great decorative furniture pieces too. I get some great deals on clothing for my six-year-old daughter. If she needs new clothes, this is my first stop before Target. I would say for the most part, the store is kept as organized as it can be considering how much product they have to put out in the space they have. The fitting rooms could be cleaner. There's always balls of dust on the floors in the fitting rooms. They could stand to run a vacuum through there every morning. I have always found the staff to be pleasant. The only annoying thing is when you are checking out they consistently ask if you want to get the Marshalls/TJ Maxx credit card. And they think they are enticing you with 10% off your purchase if you join. But if you actually do your homework, you'll see that the interest on their company's credit card is outrageous - making that 10% off irrelevant. Don't fall for it unless you plan on paying off your purchase immediately. Otherwise getting their credit card is kind of a trap.

They have a huge parking lot out front that is shared with other businesses in that strip mall. They also offer several handicap parking spots. Right when you walk in they had a clearance section where I found a Velvet Caviar phone accessories set for $16. That's quite a deal. Normally they are $99. I found a couple of cute St. Patrick's Day decorated plush cats. I got one for myself and one for my BFF. There selection of St. Patrick's Day, Valentine's Day and Easter decor and gifts is exceptional. They had a lovely selection of wrapping paper. I found a roll that had strawberries all over it. I had to get one of those. The checkout line was not bad. They had plenty of employees at the checkout which made the line move fast. Everything in the store is displayed so nice and is very organized. I definitely recommend shopping here.

It's probably the best bet to get a gift that is cute and unique but you want it to lean more towards being western and not too kawaii and anime. Think of gifting a punny keychain or cute Jellycat versus a Chiikawa plushie or anime acrylic if that makes sense. Meaning that it's probably easier and maybe more acceptable to get a slightly more normie a gift here than it is elsewhere. As you can see, I'm learning what it's like to touch grass and re-integrate into human society. There's a good number of plushies, Jellycat and unique ones like a pink fairy armadillo mole one, tote bags and socks, nice range of jewelry, lots of California themed goods if you're looking for souvenirs that aren't mega generic, and they have a lot of other items as well. As with the quality and high regard some of these items have (Jellycats are NOT cheap), it can be a bit pricier, so make sure that you shop around and check prices elsewhere and that you actually truly care about the person you're getting stuff for and it's not a forced obligation one (family member you're ugh with or coworker Secret Santa that you barely know). Maybe a couple cute things I had my eye on, but it wasn't really for me (speaks volumes about me), but I can see how a store like this works in a pinch if you're gift shopping.

I don't need to do shopping at Whole Foods any more. Grocery outlet offers almost all those products I need with much better prices. I realized the new owners listen to customers' suggestions and really communicate with customers and improve when improvement is needed. The managers are caring and kind. Mr. Junior even brought a cart from outside for me when he realized I had too many items in my hand since I assumed I didn't need a cart but then I had picked up more items than I assumed. He is very kind, helpful, friendly and caring. I saw last week how Mr. junior brought the new item for a lady who dropped one of her items on the floor in the parking lot and when Mr. Junior saw that , he brought her another one instead of broken one. I call this "Whole Foods attitude", excellent attitude. Mr. John also is very kind and caring and polite. he has been at this store for years and always so helpful. this store even bring Pasture raised eggs which is wonderful. and on top of all they have wonderful prices. I give 5 stars to 1) new owners 2) management 3) quality and variety of products 4) prices

I would say the staff is great, and the bargains are good. Regarding the staff, Maria has been here for years and is a great asset to the store and so is the store manager , his name slips me now, however he has been here a long time as well. You can find some good prices, you just have to be smart. Always look at the expiration dates as well as the pricing. On some items the pricing is much better than other supermarkets. Then there are those items, well they are about the same price as your others. Just shop smart. Ok, you may hear tune " Grocery Outlet Bargain Market " playing over and over again in your head, you are not delusional, it's probably the recording in the store ;-) Lol All kidding aside, they do play these recording.." Hey SIr, yeah you in the produce isle" And I was like.."Wow they must be talking to me" :-) And then the Grocery Outlet Bargains start playing ;-) Come on really, you think I am that gullible?! Ha ;-) I guess so!!

That was fine when my son would come there to get chips and Ramune, but then he tried to be nice and get me a pair of slippers. I was waiting in the car for him. He grabbed a pair of slippers, but didn't think to get a receipt - which apparently has no value anyways - and brought them back to the car. They were way too small, so I sent him back to exchange (60 seconds after he'd left the store). The lady at the counter said he could not because he had no receipt (not even a true statement as you'll find out). So, then he didn't want to disappoint me and went and got another pair. The sizing is in super super small print, and he got it wrong again. I went back with him and asked for a refund. The lady at the counter was nervous and said she would need to call a manager. Another guy came up, and said he couldn't help, and called for a third person. This guy comes up and says he can't help me, and points to the receipt that says "no returns or exchanges"... which begs the question, why even have receipts?! I said he just bought these two items a minute ago, and the "second" manager said there were no exceptions. I get it if we brought back slippers that had been used, but clearly that wasn't the case. I've told my son to go next door to the Marketplace now for his Ramunes and snacks, which he buys 3-4 times a week. I would say they have terrible customer service, but they really have NO customer service. I had a decent impression of this store and now think they are awful. I am stuck with two pairs of slippers that don't fit and my young son feels badly about the whole thing. Much ado about losing $12? Maybe, but the experience is way more important than the goods, and the experience was hot garbage.

The place is larger than it seems from the outside, with multiple rooms and aisles of toys and gifts for all ages. Everything well organized into different sections, and even each section thoughtfully organized too. Such as the jigsaw puzzles labeled by number of pieces and age appropriate, making it easy for customers to find what they need. The selection of games and puzzles was extraordinary, with so many unique options, I wanted to get something for myself! But I have self-control.
