I had been throwing up from the stress of the whole ordeal and they were attentive to me and my baby. In a span of about 10 hours of continual meds and IV treatments he was restored back to health. I will forever be grateful for this team of professionals. (Dr Shanks amazing!) The desk staff is so kind and professional. I definitely found my new vet. Thank you team from the bottom of my heart for giving my fur baby his health back! Not sure where the bad reviews coming from because this place is top tier and I have been to many.

If I could give this place a zero in stars I would. I took my 12-week-old Frenchie puppy in for…read morevaccines and wellness exam. 1. Tech nor Dr. introduced themselves. 2. My Puppy was taken for vaccines and never witnessed the Vet perform a wellness exam. 3. Dr. Appeared still without my puppy and proceed to tell me he had a grade 3 heart murmur and the longevity of his life was greatly affected and I most likely will need to see a cardiologist and may need a stint!!!!!! Terrified me to no end. She even mentioned that she doesn't know what type of agreement I had with my breeder, like I was going to need to give him back. 4. The office did not have flea prevention on hand. The Tech simple handed me a QR code to order from a 3rd party! That charged shipping and was greatly overpriced. %. I had to ask for his shot record to be updated. Dr. did not do it..... Luckily my husband scheduled a wellness exam for the next day to ease my anxiety. New vet trimmed nails, cleaned his ears, Dr. was professional. Did a through exam and put my mind to ease by providing documentation on puppy heart murmurs and most are benign. The appt cost HALF of what Big Thicket charged...... Never endanger your fur baby with this company........

Make sure YOU stay on top of your pet's needs. I can't ever go back to this place because I…read morestrongly believe they are responsible for my dog's death. I had to put him down one week after the vet gave her all of her vaccinations in one day. I did my research and found out that it is not advised for a vet to administer all vaccinations at once to a senior dog or one with health issues and an underdeveloped nose. Our sweet Shih Tzu began to have bloody diarrhea the next day. Prices are astronomical at this practice.

My vet recommended X-rays and an ultrasound for my cat to determine why she was losing weight. I…read moreagreed and when I was at home, the vet called and asked for permission to sedate my cat because she got upset when the trimmers were turned on. I indicated when I checked her in that I wanted her sedated and yet, they waited until they had her and turned the clippers on to realize they needed sedation. When she came home, she had an extremely noticeable limp and her back leg. I waited 24 hours because I knew she had been sedated and perhaps she was just wobbly on her legs. The limp got worse, so I took her back and they took more x-rays only to tell me that her patella was slipping in and out, but she was unsure which it was at that time. They then wanted me to pay for the X-rays, and I refused because she was injured while at the vet. I took her to another vet and he took his time to physically examine her leg (she was not happy) and gave me medicine to reduce swelling and to help with the pain. I'm not sure if she fell from the table when the trimmer were turned on at Northpark, or someone grabbed her leg out of instinct when she tried to jump from the table, but Northpark acted like it was my fault and they had nothing to do with her injury. It's been about 6 months now, and she still walks differently. The fact they couldn't' even take responsibility for what happened is the most disappointing, more than the $$ I paid for the treatment.

My House Vet - Kona was one of our first patients! We see her monthly for her allergy shots, and she is just the sweetest!

Unlike most vets, with Bethany (Dr Crellin) you are not just another number. Most vets are out to make a buck. She even sent me a sympathy card, surely one of the saddest days of my life , first time to allow my best friend, Lucky, to be in peace and not suffer any longer. As time moves on, I understand perhaps I may have let it go too long, but it does not negate the fact I miss my dog immensely. For those of you who have to ultimately make this decision, know that understanding comes in time after being upset.

She came to our home in the middle of those rain storms and flooding. She was so sweet, sympathetic and calm with us and Pete. Pete and I sat on the couch rubbing his ears and scratching his favorite places while Dr. B, my husband and I talked. She let us take our time while comforting us and letting Pete just relax. Afterwards, she was very considerate of us and Pete's body. Later she sent us a very touching sympathy card. If we had it to do over, we wouldn't change a thing about our interaction with Dr. B. If you are having to make this decision, I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than Dr Beth!
