Charged only $94.72 for Canine DA2PP, Lepto, and Bortadella, about a $50.00 savings compared with Triangle where they also squeeze me for extra fees and mandatory services like $8.00 for "New Patient Record," + $10.00 "Biohazard Fee" + $10.00 for ANOTHER "Biohazard Fee," + $75.00 Heartworm test + $60.00 "In house fecal floatation test." April 2023, Triangle Bill was $723.00, including $328.00 for 12 months of SIMPARICA TRIO (costs $216.00 online). Why the HUGE markup?... Fast Forward May 2025 my dog needed three (3) inoculations. Triangle refused to inoculate for Canine DA2PP, Lepto, and Bortadella for $146.00 UNLESS I ALSO BOUGHT the Heartworm/Fecal test for another $124.00! Found another Vet. Should have noticed all the negative reviews, hope others reconsider and find another Vet before considering "Triangle Animal Clinic". Took my animal in for a shot and was billed a "Biohazard Fee" of $16.10 and in questioning it, was told it was to dispose of the needle which was used to give the shot. $16.10 to dispose a needle into the biohazard bin ...really? Already found another Vet that has no such charge. read more

Dr. Binder left after 5 years of building up Dr. Hadash's practice. She did this because they had an agreement to sell her the practice. He decide to sell to a big corporation instead. He is unscrupulous and the practice has fallen by the wayside. I can no longer recommend this business. read more

Terrible place, they don't care AT ALL about the animal's feelings!! Heartless techs and office people in Hargett of medical decisions!!! I waited there 1/2 hour with an appointment to humanely euthanize my 23 yr old cat that I have had since she was 4 weeks old. I consistently told them I wanted to hold my beloved 23 yr old cat for euthanasia. One tech tried to get a vein but couldn't, instead of getting someone in room with more skill, they said they will have to bring her, without me, in some back room. Then they told I couldn't go with her or hold her, even though i told them i am the only person she has ever known since 4 weeks old. Now they would have to hold her, they couldn't even find a vein on an adult cat!! I can't believe the blatant disregard for the animals feeling for the last moments of her life. They said they need her "in the back room" to find the vein. How stupid is that!! Maybe get a tech that is skilled then, not stress out an old sick cat out of sight of the owner. Stay away from there!!! They don't care about the animals!! They refunded me the $275 cost but now I still have a suffering old cat that they let the fact that " I may get bitten", which I am fine with, so now my poor girl has suffer. If you care at all about how your pets feel, stay away from triangle vet clinic!! They don't care and they have no one there that can problem-solve. We finally got a new addition to our family and having read several reviews of animal vets I wanted to make sure I took our new baby to a place where several yelpers offered great reviews. I got in the same day which was perfect for our hectic last minute schedule. The front desk reception was warm and welcoming. A nice coffee bar and clean lobby was appreciated. Vet tech though a bit stoic was quick to come in and take puppy vitals and Dr. was very polite and professional not overly gregarious or smiley but he educated me on the important vaccines and medications my little one needed. On this visit we got our two vaccines, an exam, parasite testing, and other initial needed meds. Potty training advice was appreciated too (take them outside or they'll just get use to going inside). Nutri-Cal was recommended so puppy could get some vitamins and not get hypoglycemia, and a next appointment was scheduled for continued care. Overall I'm glad we found a convenient place that offers good care to our new puppy. read more

A friend recommended Triangle Animal Clinic after our new puppy ended up with a bad eye infection the day after we got her. Dr. Binder and her staff were stellar. I was able to call and get a same day appointment (even in the midst of COVID when many clinics aren't taking on new patients) which made all the difference. They even called me the next morning to check on her. It took a few visits but I'm happy to say her eye is perfect now - which is saying a lot considering we weren't sure it would ever be normal. I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Binder! I literally love her. She was so attentive and answered all my questions thoroughly. I have never felt rushed through an appointment and our pup, Molly, is always excited to see them when we go. Making appointments on their app is SO CONVENIENT and they even have reminders set up in the app so you know exactly what/when your pet is due for check ups, vaccines, etc. Incredibly user friendly. We just added another pup to our family and have been taking her to see Dr. Binder as well. They have for sure secured a client for life. * I also have to mention how awesome their front desk staff is. There was a bad accident in front of there clinic the day of one of our appointments. They called to let me know so we could leave earlier or reschedule if needed. I'd say that's going above and beyond! read more

Absolutely clean, updated, and conveniently located. Three only good attributes of my experience at this vet. I have two cats about a year old, one of my cats got into a fishing hook and I had to take her to an emergency clinic at 3am. She was fine after about a week. However, I came home one day from work and she started to show signs of an illness about 2 weeks later. I decided to keep an eye on it since it didn't look too bad. She kept getting worse and worse after a few days. I took off work early to get her to a vet. When I got home, I knew something was dramatically wrong with her, it seemed like she was fighting to stay alive. So I called the closest vet to see if they were open. Triangle answered of the second ring and just said "hold please." So I waited about 10 minutes as I'm trying to find my cat kennel. After no response I called a few other places which happened to be all booked. Called triangle again, same thing, "hold please". Got tired of waiting so I just drove up there praying that my cat was going to be ok. I get there at almost exactly 4:30pm. I open the door to a beautiful facility with 2 people waiting on couches and 2 receptions chatting. I stood there in front of the counter waiting on one of them to at least acknowledge me. Finally one asks what I came in for. I explained the situation. The first words out of the other receptionist was "it's going to be an extra $30 for walk-in's" which I didn't care about the money, I just wanted my cat to be ok. But, that seemed to be there concern. Not my cats health. I sit down and fill out the paperwork which takes me about 20 minutes. Give the paperwork back and wait.... an hour and a half goes by and right before 6pm the second receptionist walks up. She tells me that they can't see me today because they close at 6. I would have to come back tomorrow. Then, I tell her that my cat is in serious condition and that she cannot wait after we already waited an hour and a half, much less tomorrow. She goes behind the counter and talk to the actual vet in which she says too bad, I need to go find somewhere else. The receptionist didn't even know of a vet that was open past 6. Absolutely pathetic, they would rather leave at 6 PM then help me and my cat. She was deathly Ill. But, no. They did not care about a customer, they did not care about a sick animal, they did not care. I found a vet that closed at 7 PM, at this point it was about 6:15 PM. I asked them if they can help even though it would take me about 30 minutes to get there, and they said don't worry about the time just worry about my cat. That was a professional that that I am always going to take my animals to. Not triangle. If you want to save money, have a reliable Veterinarian, and a facility that cares about your furry family members DO NOT go to triangle animal clinic. read more

If I could do zero stars I would. We have been going there for almost 20 years with our cats. Dr. Hadash was always wonderful, and then when Dr. Binder arrived also it was fantastic. They have saved my dog's life, our cats lives and we're the best caretakers. Since the new ownership, it has declined extensively. No one has regard for animal's feelings whatsoever, and all the technicians don't handle cats for fear of being "scratched or bitten". You're vets. Grow up and handle the animal. Maybe if you weren't so scared of them, and perhaps had some care and concern they wouldn't be violent with you. besides the fact my cats have never even attempted to do any such thing. They're scared so they hiss. Normal behaviour. My mother is now having to take her cat to an emergency hospital because of some vaccinations Triangle gave to her and refuse to accept that she is having a reaction. The lady at the front desk was also condescending and rude, and also didn't do things correctly when ordering flea medication for the cats. They also no longer hold product within the store, but that seems to be because they care more about selling their branded merchandise instead of medicine or food. If that tells you anything about what they are like now. NEVER take your animals here. Dr. Hadash if you ever read this, you sold your clinic to the wrong person. read more

We left another vet in The Woodlands after having a not great experience and found Triangle via reviews and a recommendation from another vet. At this time our dog was having some serious health issues. Long story short they have been great! Our dog was near death at one point and with the help of Dr. Rainer and Dr. Wind she is doing much better. Them and their staff have been empathetic, caring, knowledgeable, and communicative in a way some other vet offices are not. I would highly recommend them. read more

I have used Dr. Hadash and Triangle Vet for about 15 years. He successfully treated and cured a skin ailment on our Lab that multiple Vets could not! The staff has always been warm and professional, exhibiting genuine affection and concern for all my pets. The place is always ultra clean and appointments are punctual. I really appreciate the honesty and consideration that was afforded us by Dr. Hadash when our Doodle broke his leg. It was a nasty spiral fracture, and we were advised that an orthopedic specialist would be prudent. The well being of our pets has always been the PRIMARY concern at this practice. Lastly, I feel my dogs and cats have received excellent healthcare from Triangle Vet at very reasonable rates. I highly recommend! read more

After spending several hundreds of dollars here without a positive experience I've chosen to go elsewhere. At one point during a question a doctor actually interrupted me to ask, "What's your question?" Well... that was our last visit. If you don't have the time or patience to hear me out and address my concerns you certainly do not have the permission to treat my dog. And when my 60lb dog jumps into my lap (which she has NEVER done before) after being taken in the back for a test, well that's the biggest red flag of all. read more

I have a great vet but they are just too far away since moving up north. Older dogs often need care now, and not a 50 mile car ride from now. This happened when my older Pug, Parker, badly injured his eye resulting in a melting ulcer that could have cost him his eye. A friend recommended Dr. Hadash and Triangle. Dr. Hadash saved Parker's eye, and I found a new vet office close to home. Am transferring all of my pugs to Triangle now. read more

I have been going to TAC for thirty years. My 11.5 year old Dalmatian just had his yearly check-up and has completed one year of OraVet daily chews. He loves them and teeth are beautiful and his breath is pleasant! These chews are expensive, but worth every penny. My boy may not need to undergo anesthesia and have his teeth cleaned for quite some time! That means a lot to me. Dr.Hadash is the best vet I've ever taken my babies to see. read more

We first visited Triangle Animal Clinic for an emergency surgery on our shitzu. Our dog ate a pair of star earrings and couldn't pass them safely. They performed a GI Tract Surgery on him and when other places quoted us Animal Triangle was HUNDREDS of dollars less. The staff took great care of our boy and the doctor made sure to answer any questions we had. Even months after the surgery when we go in they remember our dog by name and are always helpful! read more

We received your kind note letting us know Frankie was due for a visit. Thank you for your concern, but he is gone. Why is he gone? Because your office couldn't handle a feisty cat. You looked at him and said oh he's put on weight so he looks fine. What you didn't see was a sign of dental disease and kidney failure. You are a terrible terrible doctor who should have no access to any animals anyone loves. Yes, you were conveniently located next to my apartment, but the first sign of trouble should have been when your vet techs couldn't handle cats who were scared. You would aggressively grab them, cover them with a towel soaked in Feliway (upon which you are way too reliant). If that didn't work your solution was to sedate them (and put on their charts they must be sedated each time). When concerned about the health of our babies, seeing as though they were older cats, we were coldly told... "yea there is a chance they could die". Do you care about your patients at all? Our "monsters" of cats were angels when we took them to another location. We even had an emergency during Christmas which caused us to hesitantly bring one of them back for observation. One look at your office and being in your hands, our baby wanted nothing to do with you. We took him to the ER and he was a prince. Our cats actually purred when they went to our new vet... the staff cried when they said there was nothing they could do other than make him comfortable because we didn't catch it sooner. So...thank you for showing so much concern you sent a pre-made postcard stating he's ready for his appointment. Unfortunately for your pockets and my heart... you are too late!! This is a warning to anyone who is thinking of bringing their furry family members here... think twice and then again. read more

STAY AWAY!!! !!!!THEY KILL MY CAT!!!!! My girlfriend went in by herself with our cat that had a broken tail. 5 Minutes in and she calls me with a $1,000 estimate plus hospital fees! I went inside to look at the estimate and they had all this nonsense charges and things that my cat did not need as he was not showing any bad signs or symptoms. As soon as they let the vet know my girlfriend was not by herself and they knew I wasn't buying their BS invoice the vet came in and started to take all this non sense procedures of the list And brought the list down to $508 with the things the cat really needed, but I did notice the vet had low experience on cats because there was a lot of questions that he just had no answers to! Either way the proceeded to "take care" of our cat. When they brought our cat from the back the cat immediately started to throw up non stop in the office and the lobby! They said it was normal and to not worry about it and they sent us home. !!OUR CAT LITERALLY DIE IN MY GIRLFRIENDS ARMS RIGHT AFTER LEAVING THIS PLACE!! And they showed no remorse when we confronted them and ask them what exactly happened in the back when they took our cat. OUR CAT WAS ACTING NORMAL OTHER THAN THE BROKEN TAIL BEFORE TAKING IT TO THIS PLACE!! read more

Worst vet in Conroe Tx ever! I scheduled an appointment at 7:00 a.m. a week in advance with I believe her name was Ariel, and never received a confirmation email. I get to the vet at 7:00 a.m. and the receptionist informs me that I will have to meet with the Doctor before they will see my pet, and of course he doesn't get there until 8:00 a.m. The lady on the phone whom I booked the appointment with even asked me if I had ever been there before and referred me to their website to download the client information form, fill it out, bring it in, and everything would be good to go. In addition to this, when your cat is having surgery it would be nice to inform your customers to not feed or water your animal 8 hours before the surgery (I already knew this, but was expected to be reminded over the phone when booking the appointment). Therefore, if the vet you are interested in going to can't even schedule appointments correctly, and forget to provide you with life affecting pre-surgery information, I wouldn't even trust buying food from them. read more

Top notch vet with very reasonable rates versus many others along 1488 and I45. We were expecting an arm and leg bill after the visit. Instead we got great service, quick and efficient diagnosis and a medication plan for our pup. Can't wait to be back to bring the other one over for a annual exam. Very highly recommended. I first went to this vet because of the good reviews but after today, i dont agree with those reviews. If I could put negative 100 stars I would in a heartbeat. I bought my kitten here last week and Dr.Rubio gave a wrong diagnosis for my kitten. He gave the wrong medicine and she has gotten worse. He didn't know the cause of the bacterial infection. So I paid 200 something dollars for him to rip me off and not know what he was doing. And when i made that appointment that day I asked the receptionist how much at most will this visit cost me. She told me 70.00. Well that was a lie. When I saw my kitten was not getting better, I did not trust him to make a noneducated diagnosis again and charge me another few hundred dollars. He told me that my kitten did not have to be separated from my other kittens after the test he done came out negative. Well today, I went somewhere else and found out my kitten does have a severe viral infection and that she's so infectious she can't stay overnight at this new vet t be monitored due to her being highly contagious. So my kittens did need to be separated. Seems like everything he told me I wasn't confident of his answers. So my suspicions were correct. I bought my kitten elsewhere and the whole office was very caring and friendly. She wasn't trying to pull one over on me and she knew right away what was wrong with my kitten. I'm writing this review because I always had a gut feeling that this vet will do anything to make a buck. I'm just warning people who are looking for a vet don't come here or you will be spending money for your pet to suffer. And his manly sounding female receptionist is not friendly or caring at all. I called to let her know about how my kittens other eye is cloudy and she was so cold about it. "A cloudy eye on a 18 wk old is not something to mess with." Well yeah, that's why I called. I really wanted to like this place! Most employees were nice and gave my pup lots of treats which she loved. However, this place didn't live up to my expectations. First of all, they are pricey. I paid 60$ for an exam fee which is more than I've paid at other places. Then I was disappointed because my 60$ didn't even pay for an exam by a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. I only got to see a veterinary tech. Really? Top dollar for a tech... okay. Then during the exam, Stephanie examined my dogs mouth and the first thing she said was "gross." I was a little taken a back that she would say that. After receiving a pricey estimation, I left with no intention of coming back. read more

I love this veterinarian and I have nothing but the very best words for Dr. Hadash. He is such a kind man and treats the animals with such care. I had to leave the area and really, really hope I can find a Vet even half as good as he is. The staff was always friendly and helpful. In my pets past surgery he was very upfront and honest with me and was not all about collecting money. I have been going to this clinic for several years. My 11 year old Collie "Guinness" was in an accident that required an after hour emergency visit with our local 24 hour clinic. Several days later he needed additional attention. I called Triangle and explained my situation and they fit me right in. Dr. Binder basically saved my collie's life. Unfortunately, my now 13 year old Guinness had to be put down last week. Again, they had to work me in on a busy Saturday to examine him and help me make the sad decision to let him go. My experience with Triangle's staff have been nothing but professional, loving and compassionate. To top it all off, I received a loving sympathy card in the mail that everyone at the clinic signed and took the time to leave a small comment regarding my loss of Guinness. Dr. Binder's special message... "I will miss laying on sweet Guinness when he came in the clinic. Such a even-tempered kind soul. He really was so special & will be missed by many. I feel very lucky to have cared for your sweet boy in his final years." As you can see, I've had only wonderful experiences at this clinic. read more

I would love nothing more than to give this vet clinic 5 stars, especially since they were able to draw blood from my elderly cat without sedating her since she gets pretty aggressive with strangers. They have very reasonable prices compared to the vets in The Woodlands as well. However, my last experience with them was something that I'll never be able to get out of my head. After months of working with the vets at Triangle Animal Clinic, I brought my cat in for her euthanasia appointment when she lost control of her back legs and had no mobility. They started the eu process without any form of sedation, which meant that my cat was awake and terrified while they blew 3 veins in 3 legs legs trying to get the needle into one of them. The vet went through so much of the "pink stuff" that the vet tech had to leave the room mid-procedure to get another syringe of it. They eventually had to force her head up while they injected her through a vein in her neck to complete the euthanasia. The entire process took probably 5 minutes to complete but I don't know if I'll ever be able to forget the struggling, howling, and sheer pain my cat must have been in in the last few minutes of her life. I didn't question the vet before the procedure since everything I read online about the process made it sound like sedation was a given during euthanasia. If you bring your animal here for euthanasia, please be sure that they sedate first. Nobody, human or animal, should have to experience what my cat went through. read more

We would like to thank the staff for a wonderful job they did in helping us cope with the loss of both of our pugs in one year - Tahoe & Sequoia. The staff were very gentle and compassionate in the way they dealt with us and handling of them both. We had called our normal vet on 1488 down the street and when we called to set up an appointment for Sequoia, I was told that we would more than likely be waiting in the lobby for the staff and doctors were very busy. That hurt a lot. We would have to sit and wait while our precious Sequoia was suffering and waiting. It was hard enough to make the call, let alone to be sitting in the lobby with other owner's and their dogs while we grieve. I called Triangle and they even accommodated us on an early morning or late evening appointment so we would not have to wait with others in the lobby. No matter when we were ready to bring Sequoia in, they will make sure they made themselves available. They tried their best to make a difficult decision easier to handle. As soon as we got to the vet, they hurried us in a room so we can wait and spend the last moments with our pets in private. We lost Sequoia in April and in August we had to do the same with Tahoe. After the procedure we decided to take a two week road trip to California. On our return, we were welcomed by a very warm, generous card from the staff of Triangle. It was signed by each staff member and the doctor's expressing condolences for our loss of Tahoe. That was the most generous thing any doctor and staff of any profession has ever done. If we ever decide to get another pet or if anyone wants to know of a vet that really do care, not about the animal, but also about the pet owner, this place, I highly recommend. I recently took 2 stressed (unsocialized) foster dogs to Triangle for health certs to be transported. I've never been more impressed with a vet and staff. Hadash is a very kind, patient, caring & informative vet who goes above & beyond the normal expectations. And the added bonus was that he was extremely reasonable compared to all the others in the area. read more
