Staff remember my dogs name and are always happy to see her. They take great care of her and I love that I can pay a flare rate each month and get everything she needs, unless certain labs and meds are needed. And with those you get a discount if you pay the monthly fee.

The girl that was rude and arrogant and threatened me with cops for asking a question .

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE GOING IN Don't make my mistake Went here with cat last year had good experience loved it even nice people I thought. Today I came in for a quick vaccine booster @12:14 got in line 4 people ahead of me my mini pom was in er last month for low blood sugar, and these guys said before assisting my pom they had to see the results I showed the guy what I had he said that's fine go ahead and email it that's ALL we need he said. 2 hours later this girl with an attitude comes out (I'll attach a picture of her) Was able to take it off yelp on another bad review on this girl and says that it's too risky to vaccinate my puppy they have to see the documents, and said my puppy can die from the Parvo vaccine when earlier a different girl was telling me how puppies die who don't get the vaccine, which I told her another coworker of hers told me she could die without it. Her responce was that's not true , so they aren't even on the same page and they are treating your pets that are your family! Anyways, it gets better after that I said well I've been here for 2.5 hours now I would at least like an exam for my puppy there's nothing that should stop you. Then, apparently the doctor (sat in the back hiding from clients has kids running for her back and forth) refuses to see my healthily jumping around puppy in the room , I ask for reasoning and they said not enough paperwork I say if I can get the doctor and they'll talk to you and email the remainder paper will you be able to do just NORMAL EXAM ONLY, she said yes . Hour later, I have all the paperwork let them know the doctor will talk to them and they ignored me (mind you they were slow at that time, no customers at that time) I felt like they started to discriminate against my race and I felt like they were neglecting me. Then finally get someones attention and that same girl, never said there names nor had name tags. Says they they will not do an exam for my puppy , I said you told me if I can get this info you'll see my puppy and she said I didn't say that nor do you have proof we are not going to examine your puppy todaynand you've been here for 3 hours and we need you to leave. I said why are refusing an exam you can't refuse an exam I've waited for so long have everything, I want an explanation as to why you're refusing an exam. Her responce was if you don't leave we'll be calling the cops on you , and I said this is silly I'm recording now because you're lying and threatening me with police and harassing me when I asked for reasoning , and she said she doesn't consent and ran away and had her buddy go to the back with you . These guys are kids learned by a book barely know anything about pets PLEASE SAVE YOUR PET AND DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE .Also, read the yelp reviews people lost there pets do to the failure or this place and giving wrong medicine . what they are doing is not legal. 3.5 hours later nothing done threatened and harassed by employee, mind you I've worked customer service for years and these guys got none of it either so enter at your own risk, forgot to mention the fact that they try to sell you packages when alot of services they offer that your pet most of the time doesn't need, specially other places do it cheaper just a scam all around go to a real vet place not this shady place in Walmart. Has a reason why it's in Walmart.... NEVER WILL COME BACK

This is my go to Vet! The Doc and Technicians are some of the best people I've ever met. They've always gone above and beyond to help our little family. I am a "Helicopter Mom" and will go in for any little thing and every time, they've treated us with such care and concern and never like we were an annoyance. I always felt like our previous PCV (primary care vet) was a money hungry place but at VetIQ I have never felt that. They have always wanted what is best for mine and the Doc does such a great job at walking me through everything, as well as, always putting my mind at ease because I am a huge worrier. I can't say enough good things about this place. THANK YOU for always caring and for always being a safe and trusted place for us to take our kids.

My sheltie was due for his vaccines and because of COVID he hasn't been as socialized as I would like and is very nervous around strangers/new situations. I've had to bring my other dog and cat to the vets over the past year and with curbside and just the vets being (understandably) overwhelmed it was stressful for them. This was the only clinic where you were allowed inside (the pet is taken in back - you remain in the lobby) so I thought I would give it a try even though I was somewhat snobbish about it. A vet in Walmart?? I was so happy with the experience. Super easy check-in using a QR code out front, affordable packages for everything I wanted or you can get each individually. No hard sell for things I didn't. The place was spotless and, most important, they were great with my dog. He was nervous going in back but stayed relatively relaxed up front and the technician was very calm and good with him, giving him treats. I highly recommend this clinic for basic care not only because they are incredibly affordable but it ended up being a good experience for my dog.

I took my anxious dog, Benson, in Saturday for an ear infection. He also needed his vaccines boosted and the microchip I've been meaning to get him for the last year (I procrastinate ). Their pricing was upfront and SO AFFORDABLE I was amazed. If I would have gone anywhere else they would have charged me hundreds! They took amazing care of him! I had muzzled him just because he was so anxious and due to covid I couldn't go in with him and he did not want anyone around his ears. He loved them so much he let them take the muzzle off and take care of him! On top of this amazing experience, the staff was SO incredibly nice and friendly! They explained everything to me and the vet even came out to introduce himself and tell me how great Benson did. I will NEVER go anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars I would! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!! Benson is feeling SO much better!

Especially since you offer $250 vet checks when they're adopted from HSSW Animal Shelter. These dogs are traumatized from being there and then their new home, especially German Shepherds. My 20 month old little girl, had been through a lot and I was working diligently to get her acclimated and trained. I even had one-on-one training sessions with a professional trainer. The visit to this clinic was a nightmare from the start, I asked for a side entrance because of her high prey drive and distain of other dogs, I was told they didn't have one. Instead I was escorted into the lobby, then a very tiny exam room, it was just horrible, as we were seated the vet enters and she is standing just a couple feet from us, my dogs body language was escalating, then she tried to approach, clearly not reading my dogs warning, my dog growled and was lunging toward her. She decided to get someone to assist her, I asked if she wanted me to muzzle her and she agreed. Upon her return w/o assistant, my girl was very nervous and anxious. The vet said I should wait in the lobby and she'd take her as she might do better without my presence, which I agreed. But then she reached over the dogs head for the leash, as I tried to get up, Suki muzzle punched her in the hip, everything thus far had been done wrong. From lobby to tiny room, us seated, vet standing, it was a nightmare. After just a few minutes an assistant approached and said, they would have to sedate her to treat her ear infection $400 And asked why? Shed just had them cleaned and treated for yeast at the shelter before I'd officially adopted her, and without incident, other than nonstop barking through the exam and treatment. But they insisted she needed to be fully under. After I picked her up the next day, I was given horrible advice from this unqualified to treat GSD's as she absolutely nothing about the breed. She told me to get a harness to restrain her. Anyone who knows the breed knows that a harness only allows them to pull more. She also told me that she needs to be on meds and to see a behavioralist so they could diagnose her and she could then write the prescription. I am on a fixed income and do not have that kind of money. Then she told me that if I didn't get her on meds, she could attack someone and likely turn on me, maybe not now but within 2 years. I was extremely distraught and upset when I left. First of all I know my dog, she doesn't! Besides the fact that I TOLD them of her issues before I made the appt. But no one listened to me and no concessions were made at all for her visit. It is my recommendation that your clinic listens to the client. And put a fear aggressive dog with a skilled Veterinarian that is familiar with the breed and their behaviors. She absolutely was not! Bottomline: -LISTEN to the dogs owner -Match dog to the Vet most qualified to handle. -Don't offer up information about a dog that you know nothing about. Especially when you created the entire ordeal in the first place. I'm sorry for the bad review but the advice I was given was completely wrong and had she known the behaviors of the breed she wouldn't have suggested the things she did! It was careless and irresponsible. My dog used to want to eat my cat, but with 4 months of hard work, gentle introductions my study of the breed, here we are today! I have had my girl now 5 months and she is a wonderful dog.

That is saying something as I, myself, am a human medical professional. He is gentle and genuinely cares for the pets, gives good advice in an almost off-hand manner, and refers to other practices if treatment would surpass the capacity of his own. His practice is limited, so don't expect a fancy ER or ICU for pets, but he does an amazing job diagnosing and understanding small animals. And the psychology of their owners, as well. That's another issue. He is straight foreward, thorough and knowledgeable and he has little interest in expensive add-ons or padding the bill. His charges are reasonable, especially considering the bills one finds at local 'animal hospitals' which border on human-scale expensive. I have also had him 'put down' a pet who was beyond hope and he is sensitive and responsive to such grim occasions. I can think of nothing unkind to say.

We brought our senior cat, Huck, in because we had been battling fleas and ear mites for approximately three months. By the time of our appointment, we had finally gotten the flea problem under control, but the ear mites remained our primary concern. During the initial visit, we were told Huck needed a comprehensive senior exam, which cost approximately $600. We gladly paid because we wanted to make sure he received the care he needed. We were also informed that he required extensive dental work, estimated between $1,700 and $2,700. Fortunately, the final cost was on the lower end of that estimate, around $1,700. At the first appointment, we were assured that the medication prescribed would address both the flea and ear mite issues. Unfortunately, months later, we are still dealing with the ear problem. Communication throughout this process was consistently poor. Before appointments, no one provided helpful instructions such as whether we should avoid cleaning Huck's ears beforehand. For his dental procedure, we were told only that drop-off would be between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. No one mentioned paperwork. When my boyfriend arrived, he was immediately handed paperwork and told it would take about 20 minutes to complete. Naturally, this caused unnecessary stress because he wasn't expecting it. In reality, it was only one page and took just a few minutes. At Huck's dental follow-up appointment, we arrived early by mistake, then returned shortly after our scheduled time. While waiting, one of the receptionists assisted us while actively eating and speaking with food in her mouth. This was not the first time we had experienced this behavior from staff and it came across as unprofessional. Although our appointment was scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Huck was not taken back until nearly 10:50. We requested to speak directly with the doctor because we still had concerns about his ears. After examining him, the doctor stated that his ears appeared darker than normal but was unsure whether the issue was ear mites, yeast, or something else. We were then told that microscopic testing could be performed--but it would cost an additional $103. At that point, I was extremely frustrated. We had already spent well over $2,000 between exams, treatment, and dental care, and the original issue that brought us in still had not been resolved. Being asked to spend even more money simply to determine what was going on felt unreasonable given the circumstances. While we were waiting, another customer was attempting to pick up medication for his pet after receiving a text notification. Staff appeared unable to locate the medication and repeatedly searched different locations while asking the customer the same questions. It reinforced the impression that the clinic was disorganized and lacking clear communication. My biggest concern is not the cost. Veterinary care is expensive, and I understand that. My concern is that we spent over $2,000, received repeated assurances that the treatment would address the problem, and yet the original issue remains unresolved. Combined with the poor communication, lack of preparation for appointments, long waits, and unprofessional interactions at the front desk, this experience left us feeling disappointed and frustrated. I sincerely hope the clinic improves its communication, organization, and follow-through with clients because pet owners deserve clear answers and that their concerns are addressed.
