Staff remember my dogs name and are always happy to see her. They take great care of her and I love that I can pay a flare rate each month and get everything she needs, unless certain labs and meds are needed. And with those you get a discount if you pay the monthly fee. read more

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE GOING IN Don't make my mistake Went here with cat last year had good experience loved it even nice people I thought. Today I came in for a quick vaccine booster @12:14 got in line 4 people ahead of me my mini pom was in er last month for low blood sugar, and these guys said before assisting my pom they had to see the results I showed the guy what I had he said that's fine go ahead and email it that's ALL we need he said. 2 hours later this girl with an attitude comes out (I'll attach a picture of her) Was able to take it off yelp on another bad review on this girl and says that it's too risky to vaccinate my puppy they have to see the documents, and said my puppy can die from the Parvo vaccine when earlier a different girl was telling me how puppies die who don't get the vaccine, which I told her another coworker of hers told me she could die without it. Her responce was that's not true , so they aren't even on the same page and they are treating your pets that are your family! Anyways, it gets better after that I said well I've been here for 2.5 hours now I would at least like an exam for my puppy there's nothing that should stop you. Then, apparently the doctor (sat in the back hiding from clients has kids running for her back and forth) refuses to see my healthily jumping around puppy in the room , I ask for reasoning and they said not enough paperwork I say if I can get the doctor and they'll talk to you and email the remainder paper will you be able to do just NORMAL EXAM ONLY, she said yes . Hour later, I have all the paperwork let them know the doctor will talk to them and they ignored me (mind you they were slow at that time, no customers at that time) I felt like they started to discriminate against my race and I felt like they were neglecting me. Then finally get someones attention and that same girl, never said there names nor had name tags. Says they they will not do an exam for my puppy , I said you told me if I can get this info you'll see my puppy and she said I didn't say that nor do you have proof we are not going to examine your puppy todaynand you've been here for 3 hours and we need you to leave. I said why are refusing an exam you can't refuse an exam I've waited for so long have everything, I want an explanation as to why you're refusing an exam. Her responce was if you don't leave we'll be calling the cops on you , and I said this is silly I'm recording now because you're lying and threatening me with police and harassing me when I asked for reasoning , and she said she doesn't consent and ran away and had her buddy go to the back with you . These guys are kids learned by a book barely know anything about pets PLEASE SAVE YOUR PET AND DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE .Also, read the yelp reviews people lost there pets do to the failure or this place and giving wrong medicine . what they are doing is not legal. 3.5 hours later nothing done threatened and harassed by employee, mind you I've worked customer service for years and these guys got none of it either so enter at your own risk, forgot to mention the fact that they try to sell you packages when alot of services they offer that your pet most of the time doesn't need, specially other places do it cheaper just a scam all around go to a real vet place not this shady place in Walmart. For a quick and easy shot, maybe. However this is NOT a discount clinic or a fast clinic- don't be fooled. Waiting times are awful and the business hours are bizarre. It is impossible to use any other pharmacy for medications. They make it very difficult. Requests sit for days and there's only one vet. Emergency quick expensive vaccines is about all this place is good for. I've been a few times, each time giving them the benefit of the doubt, and each time disappointed. My dogs should get their medications on time and correct for what the visit costs. If their prices were even close to market on meds, I'd buy there, but 20% higher than online is unacceptable. Find a good local vet who cares and will go the extra mile for you. Not another chain trying to do the very least possible for the animals and charge the very most possible. Your pet is their least priority. read more

My dog was a bit nervous so he would not let the vet touch his ears to check them out but the vet spend extra time and made him so comfortable. Price is very affordable. Horrible experience here. Came to get my rescue dog fully vaccinated after being 2 years past due. Tech/front desk girl is obviously overworked and they're understaffed but it's no reason to be rude and snarky to people and rip credit cards out of their hand and be short with them and just flat out rude. The entire lobby noticed. Get more staff or close down. You're doing your business a disservice by having this attitude be the face of your company. My dog didn't get fully vaccinated because she couldn't hold him. Waste of 2 hours accompanied by nasty behavior. read more

This is my go to Vet! The Doc and Technicians are some of the best people I've ever met. They've always gone above and beyond to help our little family. I am a "Helicopter Mom" and will go in for any little thing and every time, they've treated us with such care and concern and never like we were an annoyance. I always felt like our previous PCV (primary care vet) was a money hungry place but at VetIQ I have never felt that. They have always wanted what is best for mine and the Doc does such a great job at walking me through everything, as well as, always putting my mind at ease because I am a huge worrier. My sheltie was due for his vaccines and because of COVID he hasn't been as socialized as I would like and is very nervous around strangers/new situations. I've had to bring my other dog and cat to the vets over the past year and with curbside and just the vets being (understandably) overwhelmed it was stressful for them. This was the only clinic where you were allowed inside (the pet is taken in back - you remain in the lobby) so I thought I would give it a try even though I was somewhat snobbish about it. A vet in Walmart?? I was so happy with the experience. Super easy check-in using a QR code out front, affordable packages for everything I wanted or you can get each individually. No hard sell for things I didn't. The place was spotless and, most important, they were great with my dog. He was nervous going in back but stayed relatively relaxed up front and the technician was very calm and good with him, giving him treats. I highly recommend this clinic for basic care not only because they are incredibly affordable but it ended up being a good experience for my dog. read more

Been trying to get ahold of someone at this location for days - got in contact with what I'm assuming is corporate and they couldn't get ahold of them either. Aside from my own personal annoyance, there was a visually impaired person and their service dog at the location when I went who had walked a significant amount to get to the location, just to turn around and walk home once I got there to tell him no one was in, the lights were off, there's missed packages post it's from FedEx and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Updated hours on the website, or even posted on the door would be nice. Still trying to get ahold of someone going on the 4th day as I need to get my pup her rabies vaccine and still, unable to contact anyone. This place started out as being good, but every staff person has quit and gone elsewhere. I cannot support a place that treats their hard working employees so poorly. Yes, it's convenient IF opened, which as of the past few months has been very little. It's convenient to not need an appointment, but to continue to drive 20 miles for no one to be there is very inconvenient to myself and I would imagine to others as well. Opening here and there does not work. When I was there late last month, only 1 person was working and she was very stressed, but doing so well. Older lady who said she usually works in the back. Now I guess she left too. Some advice: bring back the staff who wasn't broken and learn to run a business properly and keep both employees and clientele, happy. read more

I took my anxious dog, Benson, in Saturday for an ear infection. He also needed his vaccines boosted and the microchip I've been meaning to get him for the last year (I procrastinate ). Their pricing was upfront and SO AFFORDABLE I was amazed. If I would have gone anywhere else they would have charged me hundreds! They took amazing care of him! I had muzzled him just because he was so anxious and due to covid I couldn't go in with him and he did not want anyone around his ears. He loved them so much he let them take the muzzle off and take care of him! On top of this amazing experience, the staff was SO incredibly nice and friendly! They explained everything to me and the vet even came out to introduce himself and tell me how great Benson did. I will NEVER go anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars I would! Great staff! Friendly and welcoming. I didn't like the fact that I never spoke to the vet in person. Not bad for prices.

I'm always worried bringing my dog to vet clinics because he struggles with anxiety and aggression toward strangers. The staff at the clinic immediately listened to my concerns and spent time making him more comfortable before working on him. I brought my boy in for a bacterial skin infection. The vet took his time on the exam and explained everything thoroughly, the exam never felt rushed. The diagnosis and treatment was communicated to me so well and the price range is very affordable. I'd definitely bring my dog to this clinic again! Keep in mind this is not a full service vet clinic (clearly listed on their website) but they do a variety of health exams, vaccines and other services. read more

I have made 4 trips to the vancouver location with a cat or 2 in tow only to find a sign on the door saying "clinic closed today due to unforseen circumstances". I have been trying to reach someone the past several days and have been unable to. There is no live person to answer questions. Drove to the location only to find out they were closed and had a note on the door regarding unforeseen circumstances. Yet there were 2 dogs loose inside that came to the door barking when we approached. I have a serious issue with a business that in 2021 does not either have closure indicated by recorded message or website updated. Had there been a message I would not have wasted both my time and money driving to this location. As a first impression I am less than impressed with the lack of professionalism. The website as of this evening indicates they are closed until Tuesday. If I do take my dog in I will update this review. But as of right now the lack of customer service is appalling and I am not one to give business to a place that cannot provide the most basic of customer service. read more

Happy pet parent! I was skeptical about using this "type" of veterinarian service -- however after communicating w/Nicole I felt comfortable enough to give it a try. Nicole explained all the services available and the cost for each and every service BEFORE my appt. -- she also contacted my past vet's office to obtain my dog Bitsy's last "shot update" saving me a lot of time and effort. I was able to be seen THE NEXT DAY!!! Since I was quite anxious about Bitsy's habit of "chewing" his legs, I was quite relieved to be able to have him seen so quickly!!! Due to covid you cannot take your pet in right now (more anxiety for me) -- but the staff (Nicole) came out to my car -- Nicole was extremely kind and gentle in handling Bitsy -- she let me ask a "million" questions and I did not feel rushed in any way. Dr. Krohn called me on the phone and explained what he thought the best course of treatment for Bitsy would be -- Dr. Krohn explained EVERYTHING clearly and allowed me time to "process" the options available. Dr. Krohn was extremely kind and empathetic -- Dr. Krohn did NOT try to "push" any kind of treatment on me (nor did he try, as some vet's do, to "up sell" me additional services or medications). There was NO pressure to choose the most expensive option -- rather, Dr. Krohn advocated a "cautious" (and less expensive) approach w/Bitsy's medical issues. I cannot express how relieved I was to find this loving and caring vet's office!!! My anxiety melted into gratitude for the care and concern they showed my little fur baby. I will definitely be back to this office and would recommend these loving professionals to any pet parent out there! read more
