Bought a motor from these guys off of the internet. If you have ever bought used auto parts online…read moreyou understand the leap of faith it takes to make a large purchase like that mostly over email or the phone. They gave me a great price $2700 approx. for a used Ford 6.0 diesel engine with a warranty. It included all the parts I needed and then some. Then the problem. My mechanic took a look at the motor and saw some problems. He work at Ford for many years they were not obvious problems but for him they were noticeable. So we took the heads off and the motor was blown. I called A & A right away and I have to say they were pretty mad we took the motor a part before calling them (which I can see in hind sight). They were obviously disappointed but they did exactly the most I could have expected. They arranged to have it picked up and shipped back to them and I got my money back. The absolute most you can hope for is when things go wrong is that a company will make it right and they did and that is worth 5 stars all day every day.

Along a road scattered with auto body repair shops, Alpha-Omega is clearly the best. Don't get me wrong - it's a car wreck junkyard - but it's ORGANIZED! Moe, the guy who seems to be in charge (or at least was on my visit) has encyclopedic knowledge of the location and information on all of the pieces he has. In addition to that convenience, his prices are more than fair, and everyone on the lot is super nice. If you ever need a car part and don't have the $$$$ for a new OEM piece, this is the place to go!

You take the time to list parts in A condition then when I want to buy it oh it's broke we don't have it. He did not even get off the ph or put me on hold to check to see what condition it was in. They claimed they told the mechanic something totally different. I had to wait for a while still. Why is it so hard to find places that are competent and honest anymore? Update: the owner/manager called complaining about their "mechanic" giving a bad review and the shop owner who was working on my truck told him the customer (me) is the one who picked it up, but he would try and find out what was going on, the guy hung up on him. Further Update: When the mechanic went to put in the rear end, he realized they had given me the wrong one. When he contacted them, they said they would only give us the correct one if I deleted my review! These guys have no integrity! These things are clearly normal behavior for them. And, sure enough an Electronic Control module, that wasn't cheap, went wrong. Not once, or twice but THREE TIMES. And, it is obvious to us why they asked for the Disclosure. The final representative that I called to see if they could try to make things right, argued and didn't try at all. He expressed that they were blameless and after a long conversation.. with no resolution, I hung up. And, now I am unhappy and have to start over to get my truck fixed with a real Electronic specialist! Our opinion is this Company represents a product to PLUG AND PLAY AND THIS WAS FALSE! The complaint is that he worked on our motorhome and said it was fixed. We went to pick it up and…read moreeverything he worked on did not work. We made the mistake of paying him before we even saw the vehicle. It appeared that he was very anxious to take our money before we even knew where the vehicle was. He would not refund our money and promised that he would fix everything. Several weeks passed, they called and said everything was ready to go and that everything on the list worked. We found when we got there that he had added more to the price and things still did not work. We left it for another month. They finally called and said it was ready and that everything was fixed. We got there and the price had changed again and it still did not work. So we left again and waited several more weeks. They called again and said it was ready. When we got there he wasn't there and the price had changed once more. Half of the things still did not work. We could not get a refund for the items not fixed. He would not give us the keys until we paid more money. He told us then that we didn't know what we were talking about and that in Texas the auto mechanic can do anything they want and you have no recourse. We were forced to leave and leave our motorhome there. He said he had a lawyer on standby at all times. We were told to take the mo9torhome and not bother him anymore and pay him more money. At this time he has the motorhome and will not give us any of our money back unless we give him more money. We started all of this so it would be fixed and we could sell it because we are elderly, living on social security only and we needed the money. He is the owner and his name is Corey Ebert.
