My husband already had to take an emergency call outside but quite frankly, I didn't trust them at this point. My gut said no. And I hope your gut says no as well. I told them there was an emergency and I was leaving. Next, the place smells of mold. Since I'm a cancer patient and looking for them to help me with my health, this was very concerning. The whole experience was unprofessional from top to bottom. Last, they keep harassing us for $30 for the pee in the cup thing. $30 that really cost them less and if they are that desperate for $30, that's another sign for you to think about where you're putting your money. Even after repeated requests, I was only given a vague bulleted list, which did not clarify which medicine contained what or in what quantity. When I asked why there were no labels, I was told labeling in the U.S. is "too expensive," which is hard to accept given the thousands of dollars charged and over 10 years in practice. Hygiene was also a concern. Massage tables had no sheets, and patients were expected to bring their own towels to cover the table and themselves. Communication was condescending and dismissive, with questions often met with fear-based explanations rather than clear answers. The doctor appears overextended, handling multiple roles herself--including scheduling, reception, massage therapy, and physician assistance. She mentioned having a massage therapist on staff, but I never saw one, which clearly affects how patients are handled. Payments were troubling: card payments included a 3% processing fee, and patients were encouraged to pay cash to avoid it, despite already high treatment costs. Overall, the intentional lack of transparency, hygiene issues, overwhelming staffing, and business practices made me very uncomfortable. I strongly advise anyone considering treatment here to ask detailed questions and proceed with extreme caution.
