I had a cracked tooth and he recommended a crown. I asked several times if I needed a root canal and he told me no every time. Even after the crown, I still had pain in that tooth for over a year and was told different reasons every single time. Long story short, I ended up with that tooth being abscessed and had to have a root canal. The endodontist who did the root canal stated that it was very iffy if the tooth could be saved. That was several years ago, and I still have pain in that tooth. It will have to be pulled and an implant placed. I would not let this man near my mouth ever again.

Front desk employees are very nice and professional. As for the root canal procedure, it was painless and Dr. Mani was attentive and communication was good throughout. The only improvement I can think of is the TV screen where I was watching Netflix was too far back as I was lying down, and the headphones provided was too soft to drown out the sound of the drilling. All in all, it was a good experience. The only downside I can think of was that I had asked if they would send any difference in estimate/actual payment, and I was told yes. But I had to call in and provide all the documentation, but they immediately sent the difference back, which I appreciate. I hope I never have to come back, but if I do need another root canal in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to return. I definitely recommend this office.

I didnt wait even 5 minutes and I was escorted to take my first set of xrays. I got to my room and Victoria asked me what I wanted to watch on tv. I was cold and she went and got a blanket for me. Wow! This is top of the line dentistry and customer service. Dr. Angie came in and gave me a consult of my teeth and then the hygienist, Jenny came for my cleaning. She even applied chapstick to my lips which is a PLUS for me. They even give you a warm lavender towel to use after your cleaning. I am very pleased.

I've never had a bad experience with his treatment. I have had prior dentists do work when I was not completely numb, Dr. Pablo will make sure you are completely numb before starting work. The crown they made came unglued after only 2 years and they want to charge me $300 to glue it back. They want to charge all these EXTRA BS CHARGES like x-rays, exams and so on "TO MAKE SURE OF THIS OR THAT". WHY CAN'T YOU JUST SIMPLY STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK!!??? It's also strange that the Dentist that did the work originally IS NO LONGER EMPLOYED THERE. HHHMMMM. I wonder why. So if you have a dental problem, you will probably get pretty good service initially, BUT DO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH FOR THEM TO STAND BY ANY OF THEIR WORK!!!!!!!!!!
