This place hit the spot! The Detroit pizza was amazing!! The service was top notch, best ive had in a long time. They also brought us cheesy bread for our first time in, which was such a nice surprise! My only complaint is they asked us if we would like sauce after we got our pizza, when we got our check they did charged us $2 for each. If they would have told us it was $2 we wouldnt have ordered it. Other than that, it was great! read more

Had dinner Sunday evening and place was hoping. The bartender (Wiley?) was doing drinks, tending to those at bar and take-out customers along with the two tables near bar where we sat. We weren't in any hurry so waiting for table service was ok. Great the place is busy, efficient, pricing good and not too loud. The Caesar salad, as per another review, right amount of dressing. Could have a bit more garlic. Pizza was good, crust perfectly cooked and cheese melted nicely; had the Detroit style 4 cheese. Personally like Chicago stuffed or Chicago Tavern style better; just a personal preference. Will go back to try the tavern thin. Can't beat the price on a few canned beers $3.13! Don't recall that Miller High Life and Hamms tasted so good. . . A break from $7.50 craft beers. read more

My partner is allergic to gluten and we came here for my birthday because it's really important to me that he has delicious things to enjoy too. We got the broccoli and cauliflower appetizer, the Hawaiian Detroit style pizza with gluten free crust and dairy free cheese, and the gluten free cinnamon sticks. Everything was absolutely amazing - you couldn't even tell the pizza and cinnamon sticks were gluten free besides the little toothpick they put in it to give us peace of mind that the food was made according to my love's allergies. Hands down the best pizza in Colorado. I had never heard of Via313 and went for their grand opening. I was BLOWN AWAY by the flavors and am now a die hard fan of Detroit Style Pizza. The crust is crispy with just the right amount of cheesy and very slight sweet flavors and the pizza selection is great for the traditionalist or the foodie wanting unique combos. Try the pie dipped in their hot honey (OMGEEEE). Very friendly service and place was packed shows how much new restaurants esp pizza and italian are needed in this area So we always go to Blue Pan Pizza in denver for Detroit pizza its the best - so excited that this opened and so close. The detroit pIzza was flaky and good but just not like blue pan - first it wasnt as thick. Second there was not as much pepperoni on it or cheese - but mostly I ordered RICOTTA cheese on it and they charge $5 for that but what came out was ridicoulsly amount of smallest dollops of ricotta on the pizza - you could barely taste it unlike BLUE PAN who gives topping huge amounts - their ricotta cheese are scoops not tiny droppings and for $5 it was ridiculous. So back to Blue Pan Pizza we go sorry Via 313 you missed the mark with tiniest amount of $5 riccotta cheese! read more

Grand opening at the Pizzeria 313 at the Promenade mall in Centennial. The Fría Ritas's pine apple drink is delicious. The artichoke with tomato sauce and goat cheese is a must as an appetizer . I tried the Detroit Style pizza half carnivore and half Casillac.. oh my Gosh .. the crust is baked to perfection, it is crispy enough for the perfect bite ! the sauces and meats are just simply delicious. I'm so excited that there's a new pizza place around! This place is located right next to the Tesla chargers, so while I was charging my vehicle we walked over to check it out. Turns out it was their soft opening but they welcomed us in and we got to try out some food. Their marinara is amazing! Drinks were great as well. And the service was fantastic. We chatted with Anna and Dan and met the manager as well, everyone was very enthusiastic and ready to provide great service. Detroit pizza is not my go to, but sometimes I get a craving. What they do best is create those crunchy cheesy corners. Sauce is on top. Very tasty, but I like light sauce. Easy to remove a bit. Two types of pepperoni. I love the smaller in casing type. These guys are my favorite Detroit pizza. My second is Blackjack, and blackjack is easier on the wallet.
