My husband and I came to Via 313 Pizza in Riverton Utah on 02/14/2025. Walked in there wasn't many people, but everyone had their food. Some were getting ready to leave and some were eating and talking. Me and my husband sat there for over 30 min waiting for someone to help us. We got seated but that was it, the person that seated us we never saw him again. As we waited FOR OVER 30 MIN, there were staff members talking amongst themselves while looking at our table from time to time. They were walking past our table, to help the ones sitting right next to us, asking if they've been helped or if they need anything. I wouldn't recommend this specific location due to poor ass customer service. Me and my husband felt so unwelcome the moment we were seated. read more

This is more flavorless greasy bread than it is pizza. We went for lunch- wanted to try a bar pizza (thin crust) and Detroit (thick or pan pizza). They were out of the dough for bar pizza.. what? How does that happen? They are a PIZZA PLACE! Pretty pathetic- the server.. super nice guy.. was very apologetic and super nice. He said it would take an hour for them to have dough ready.. again.. it was LUNCH TIME! Was kinda busy- not packed no reason to be low on dough! The Detroit pizza- supposed to have pepperoni under the cheese & on top- we found 4 pieces under- very thin and then a good amount on top- however, it had a very faint pepperoni taste- more greasy bread. I don't typically like pizza, but I LOVE Via 313 pizza. It's such a different take and everything tastes fresh. I can't even explain how much I enjoyed it. I really like that they tell you how many minutes it will be until your food is out. The wait was a little long (since it was dinner rush in a weekend) but we expected it since they told us how long it would take and it made the wait less frustrating. Came here to have their pizza. I ordered the Margarita pizza and a beet salad. So good! The beets had the perfect texture and the arugula tasted perfect. The sauce on the pizza was perfect and the crust had the perfect texture. I didn't know how the service was because I did a takeout order but we had to wait fifteen minutes for our food. Had an okay first experience here. One unfortunate event happened, as I ordered a drink and found a bug in it. No freak out on my part as I understand these things happen. It could've fallen out of the air, no big deal, but I did ask for a new one. Our waitress was sweet and helpful with the situation. She offered to take care of it and help us somehow with the bill. The only annoyance with that situation was that one of the male employees, loudly announced that the beverage was still drinkable and didn't understand why I sent it back. We also noticed we were still charged for the drink but given cinnamon sticks for the inconvenience. Would've preferred to have it removed than have those but appreciated the gesture to remedy the situation. We will be back to enjoy more of their delicious pizzas! read more

Best gluten free/vegan pizza I have ever had! The crust is airy and fluffy, the topping combinations are unique. I have only had it via delivery, so cannot vouch for the actual restaurant, but the food was really good. They even had gluten free/vegan cinnamon sticks which is rare. So, a nice treat! The pizza was really good, but customer service was horrible. We called ahead, and we were told there was a 30 min wait, whoever was on the phone laughed when we told them our party size. Then when we got there we're told closer to an hour, and decided to order to go. The to go side was bad, the girl taking orders was so rude, (same as the person on the phone). We ordered first out of 4 groups, and got our pizza last because they burnt it. After we were told that, she told us they were boxing it up, and we ended up waiting 10 more minutes. Horrible service! We waited in our table for an hour and not even our drinks were served. We left our table since we did not receive anything. I looked for our waiter and he was in the bar serving people! I asked home for my drinks and he did not say anything (don't know his name but he is buff). I asked for the store manager and did not want to tell me her name until one guys said Brenda (I think). I DO NOT recommend this place if you are a family, if you don't want to wait for 1 hour for your drinks, and if you have kids. My kid was crying for his pizza. The Detroit style pizza is amazing and not heavy like you would think. The edges of the crust with the baked cheese are incredible! No more waste of all that dry crust at this place! I have been to 313 plenty of times and it's three strikes and your out. I'm sick and tired of the doughy pizza that is not cooked. I specifically asked for extra crispy, we all did, and they failed. After taking two bites I asked for it to be put back into the oven and they said they couldn't do that and I would have to wait 30 minutes for another pizza. The other couple we were with waited about 15-20 minutes after our pizza arrived so we both sat and watched each other eat. The waitress said they would probably comp or discount my pizzas however she said the manager said no and to just deal with it. I'm not the only one that has had this issue, a few months back and gentleman was heard screaming at the manager for doughy pizza at the takeout. That's not me, I would rather just leave a review. If your pizza comes out cooked it is really good. read more

Everything was 10/10, I know what you're thinking, it's just pizza, but nah! It was great food was cooked well, tasted amazing, and the service was some of the best I've had in a long time. I wish I would have asked for the name of the server who served us, but he was super on top of it, from filling our drinks, to the awesome recommendations, throughly explaining our options, allowing us to try something new free of charge, and even crouching down to table level to talk to us, he really went above and beyond! Because of the way they cook the pizza it allows a lot of depth of flavor and airiness to come through on the pizza that you don't really get when it's smothered in sauce. We have been to the Via 313 in American Fork and it was amazing. We were excited when we heard it was coming to Riverton. I ordered online and received an email confirmation that it would be ready at 6:15 pm. Went to pick it up at the time and it was crazy busy inside. People were waiting for orders and it was very hectic. The staff informed it would be out soon. Waited 10 min and nothing. We had a huge party at home waiting for food. Asked the staff again and was told it was on its way out. 15 min goes by and still nothing. Nobody is getting their orders. Checked again with the staff and they are assuring me it will be right out. After 35 minutes the manager hands out free cards for a small pizza and apologizes. I waited until 7:00 pm sitting there! Finally they tell me it's ready and I go to get it and get to my car and notice that the boxes are not even hot. I open the boxes and the pizzas are COLD!! They were done and not one person working there got it out to us. I was not going to turn around and reorder, so I took it him and served cold pizza to my guests. And it was only subpar. Some people reheated it but by then people had started snacking on other food and were shocked when they saw the mediocre cold pizza! It was really delicious in AF, but very disappointing in riverton. read more
